This board reads the 400 fastest movers on each day in the window, aggregates them, and lists the top 40. The board above covers 2026-09-13 to 2026-09-19 and holds 40 channels that added 8,900,095 subscribers between them.
It is a measurement of our catalogue, not of Telegram. Telegram publishes no trending list, no search volume, no aggregate posting data and no public directory: there is no official number here to report, which is exactly why the crawl exists. A channel that our crawler has not found cannot appear on this board however fast it is growing, and the board says how many rows it read rather than implying a census.
Every share is printed next to a baseline. A topic's share of the fastest movers is compared against its share of a block sample of the whole active catalogue taken at the same moment, and the ratio between the two is the column worth reading: above 1.00 means the topic is over-represented among fast growers relative to how common it is on Telegram in general. The sample behind the current baseline holds 15,020 channels.
Coverage is reported rather than assumed. Our classifier labels a topic for some channels and not others, our detector fills a language for some and not others, and roughly one channel in five carries no readable view count at all. Each of those gaps is counted and printed with the table, and an unlabelled channel goes into an explicit unclassified bucket rather than quietly inflating every other bucket's share.
Growth is net subscriber change from the engine's daily rollup, summed across the window and measured against where each channel started it. Buckets with fewer than 3 rising channels are not listed. The board is recomputed at most once every six hours, which is more often than the rollup itself moves.
The useful column is the last one. A topic that is 8% of the catalogue and 20% of the fastest movers is where attention is going right now; a topic that is 30% of the catalogue and 30% of the movers is simply large. The ratio is what separates a trend from a size.
Widen the window before acting on a topic. Seven days is sensitive enough to catch a single event - one news cycle can put a whole language at the top - and thirty days is where a genuine shift shows up. A topic that leads on all three windows is a different signal from one that leads on seven days only.
Read the views-per-post column beside the growth. A channel adding subscribers fast while its views per post stay flat is buying an audience that is not reading it, and that pattern is visible here before it is visible anywhere else.
From our own Telegram crawl. The engine tracks public channels and writes a daily rollup row per channel carrying that day's net subscriber change, and this board reads the fastest movers out of it. Telegram itself publishes no trending list, no search volume and no public directory, so there is no official feed for anyone to read - a "Telegram trends" page that claims otherwise is showing you something else.
No, and no board could be. It covers the channels our crawler has found and tracks, and within those it is a top-movers sample: the board reads the 400 fastest-growing channels on each day in the window and aggregates them. A channel that grew steadily without ever cracking a single day's leaderboard will not appear. The result prints how many rollup rows it looked at so the shape of the sample is visible.
Because a share without a baseline says nothing. "Crypto is 22% of the fastest movers" is only interesting next to "crypto is 9% of the catalogue" - the ratio between them is the actual finding. The baseline comes from a block sample of the catalogue taken at the same time as the board. When the sample fails, the column says so rather than showing a ratio against nothing.
Subscribers gained across the window as a percentage of where the channel started it, not of where it ended. Dividing by the current count understates every fast riser, and fast risers are the entire point of the board.
Because the engine has no view sample for them yet. Views per post comes from reading a channel's public post archive, which the crawler does on a cadence rather than on every sweep, and roughly one channel in five carries no readable view count at all. Those read 'not measured'. Showing zero would report a working channel as having no reach.
A bucket has to hold at least 3 rising channels before it is listed. Below that a percentage is a coincidence with a decimal point. Channels the classifier has not labelled are counted under "Unclassified" rather than dropped, so the shares still add up to the whole board.
