No. Our transfer process includes changing all credentials. We guide buyers through securing the login email, password, two-factor authentication, and disconnecting any previously connected apps. Once the transfer is complete, the original seller loses all access to the account.
If an account is banned within 72 hours of transfer due to a pre-existing issue, we investigate and may issue a full refund. However, bans resulting from the buyer’s own actions after transfer are not covered under our protection policy.
Most disputes are resolved within 24–48 hours. Complex cases involving additional investigation may take up to 7 days, during which both parties receive regular updates on the progress of the review.
