1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PlayerSells ("https://playersells.com"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, do not use the platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. By using PlayerSells, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. Accounts registered by bots or automated methods are not permitted.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated. PlayerSells reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Marketplace & Escrow Services

PlayerSells provides a marketplace for buying and selling X (Twitter) accounts, facilitated by our escrow service ("PlayerSells Escrow"). All transactions must go through our escrow system. Direct transactions outside the platform are strictly prohibited and void any protections offered by PlayerSells.

• Sellers must provide accurate and complete information about listed accounts, including follower counts, engagement metrics, and account history.
• Buyers must complete payment through PlayerSells's approved payment methods before account transfer begins.
• PlayerSells holds escrowed funds until the buyer confirms successful receipt and verification of the account.
• Disputes must be raised within 48 hours of account delivery through our dispute resolution process.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• List accounts obtained through unauthorized access, hacking, or any illegal means.
• Misrepresent account metrics, follower quality, or account history.
• Use the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent the escrow process.
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate reviews, listings, or platform features.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the platform without written permission.

6. Fees & Payments

PlayerSells charges a service fee on completed transactions. Fee rates are displayed before transaction confirmation. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Payments are processed through our third-party payment providers, and you agree to their respective terms of service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on PlayerSells — including logos, design, text, and software — are the property of PlayerSells or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

PlayerSells acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the actions of buyers or sellers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayerSells shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to PlayerSells in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Dispute Resolution

Transaction disputes are handled through PlayerSells's internal dispute resolution process. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

10. Termination

PlayerSells may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, any pending escrow transactions will be handled according to our dispute resolution process. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.
