Buyer Deposits into Escrow
Once you find the right account, you deposit the agreed amount into PlayerSells Escrow. Your money is held securely - the seller cannot access it until you confirm delivery.

Seller Delivers Credentials

Buyer Confirms & Funds Released

Once the buyer confirms, your payment is held for the buyer's security: 7 days for your first 5 sales, 3 days for sales 6 to 20, then 24 hours. After that it is yours to withdraw.

Every listing is reviewed before it goes live. Listings with off-platform contact details, numbers that contradict each other, or a follower profile that looks bought are rejected.
Dispute Resolution
Every dispute is decided from the deal record and the chat, usually within 48 hours. Funds remain in escrow while it is open.
Refund Policy
If the seller fails to deliver valid credentials or the account doesn't match the listing, you receive a full refund from escrow. If a funded order is cancelled, a flat $10 middleman fee is retained (a PlayerSells agent has already handled and secured the order) and the remaining balance is refunded.

What If Something Goes Wrong?
If a deal goes wrong, either side can open a dispute. Here's exactly what happens.
Either party can open a dispute during the deal, and up to 48 hours after delivery. Funds remain locked in escrow. Both parties submit evidence and their account of events.
Every dispute is decided from the deal record and the chat: screenshots, delivery details, login evidence and messages. We reach out to both parties if clarification is needed.
A binding decision is made within 48 hours. Funds are either released to the seller, refunded to the buyer, or split - depending on the evidence. The decision is final.
Open a dispute within 48 hours of delivery. After that window the deal is treated as accepted, as set out in the Terms.
