If the seller's payment for that order is still held, it stays held while PlayerSells decides, and it can be used to refund you. Every sale's payment is held for a security period: 15 business days after delivery on a seller's first 3 sales, 7 days on sales 4 and 5, 3 days on sales 6 to 20, then 24 hours.
