Welcome to Blocks Heavy Machine! I specialize in repairing and modifying equipment with a special emphasis on high performance diesel engine work. I do line boring, cylinder boring, groove cutting, milling, heat treating, heat straightening, surface grinding, lathe work from 1/4" to 40" diameter and lengths to 16 feet. I do lots of block work including spun bearing repair and cutting grooves in block. I also do flat tappet to roller conversions. Large jobs and heavy items are my specialty. I have even done work on full size steam locomotive components. I also do cast iron welding as well as general steel fabrication. I have a masters degree in Mechanical Engineering so likely can develop a solution to any problem. If you are interested in having a large or one off job done send me an email!
