About

I make videos to help you with your history GCSE, whilst secretly aiming to turn you into a history nerd and increase your historical literacy whilst you're here. (Mwahahaha!) I mostly cover the topics of Anglo-Saxon & Norman England, Crime & Punishment Through Time, Weimar & Nazi Germany, the Cold War and the American West for the 9-1 Edexcel GCSE spec (though non-GCSE students are welcome here too!). I also sometimes branch out beyond the curriculum into other history topics as part of my secret historical literacy mission! About me: My name is Jasmine and I use she/her pronouns. I have first class BA in history from the University of Sheffield and am currently studying in Germany for an MA in Public History (contrary to popular belief I'm not a teacher!). This channel is kept classroom friendly and video comments are heavily moderated.
