أثار انتباهي ، وأنا أُقلّب بين الفضائيات ، تميّز #قناة_الاستقامة_الفضائية فى تقديم محتوى خاص بالطفل ، يستحضر الهوية العُمانية ، ويرتبط بالزي والسمت العُماني والقيم الإسلامية والعربية الأصيلة . تذكّرت برامج الأطفال و فقرة الكارتون التي كانت من أحب الفقرات إلى أطفال تلك الحقبة من الزمن ، وكانت الأسرة مطمئنة لما يتابعونه ، لأن هذه الأعمال كانت تخضع للرقابة والمتابعة والاختيار بعناية ، وهو النهج الذي عُرف به ما كان يُقدَّم عبر شاشة #تلفزيون_سلطنة_عمان ، ولا يزال الاهتمام بمحتوى الطفل مستمراً إلى اليوم . و فى زمن الفضائيات والإنترنت والانفتاح الكبير ، تبقى مثل هذه المبادرات الجميلة مهمة ، لأنها تمنح الطفل متعة المشاهدة ، وتمنح الأسرة راحة الاطمئنان ، وتحفظ في الوقت ذاته ملامح هويته وقيمه . شكراً من القلب @OmanTVGeneral ، وشكراً @alistiqamatv ، لأن الاهتمام بالطفل هو اهتمام بالمستقبل ، والأجمل أن يجد الطفل محتوى يفرحه ، ويشبه بيئته ، ويغرس فيه القيم الجميلة . #اطفالنا_أمانة

بعد التواصل مع الطيران العُماني، وجدت اهتماماً واضحاً بمتابعة الملاحظات التي طُرحت، واستعدادًا للاستماع لما واجهه المسافرون والعمل على معالجته. ما طُرح منذ البداية وغيري من المسافرين،تأكيداً على أهمية التواصل المباشر مع الركاب عند حدوث أي تأخير أو تغيير، لأن المعلومة في وقتها تُخفف كثيراً من أثر أي ظرف تشغيلي. ندرك جميعاً أن التحديات التشغيلية قد تحدث في أي شركة طيران، لكن ما يهم هو كيفية التعامل معها والاستفادة من الملاحظات لتطوير مستوى الخدمة، وهو ما لمسته من خلال التواصل والمتابعة. في النهاية، يبقى الطيران العُماني ناقلنا الوطني الذي نفخر به، ومن حقه علينا أن ندعمه، ومن حق المسافر أيضًا أن يطالب بأفضل خدمة. @omanair
