Pham Quang Vinh engagement report
@vinhlhq2015 - 190K followers on X
Measured over 50 original posts from a 30-day window, last computed on October 13, 2026.
Engagement
A typical post picks up 2 interactions against 190K followers, an engagement rate of 0.001%. Measured over 50 original posts, its engagement rate beats 6% of 21,185 tracked accounts of a similar size. That is a reason to look at how the audience behaves - reply depth, saves, whether the followers are recent - rather than a conclusion about it on its own. Posts are seen about 886 times each, and 0.226% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 0.466% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 2.9 posts a day over the last 30 days, with activity on roughly 47% of days. Most posts go out around 18:00 UTC, and Sunday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 50 posts sampled, 20% carry an image or video, 16% are part of a thread and 92% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 2.6K interactions, about 1302x its own typical post. Recurring topics include #scsc18, #southchinasea, #asean.

Compared with accounts its own size
Pham Quang Vinh's engagement rate beats 6% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (21,185 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 9 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.
On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 13% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.
Where this sits in the catalog
At 0.001%, Pham Quang Vinh sits below the 10th percentile of the 213,004 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the bottom 25% band, which runs below 0.025%.

Formats this account uses
Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.
| Format | This account | Catalog effect | 95% interval | Accounts behind it |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Image or video | 20% of posts | +111% | +108% to +115% | 34K |
| Outbound link | 92% of posts | -41% | -42% to -40% | 32K |
| Typical length | - | +15% | +14% to +16% | 32K |
- 20% of this account's sampled posts carry an image or video. Across the catalog, posts with an image or video run 111% above the same accounts' other posts.
- 92% of its posts carry a link off X. Across the catalog, posts with an outbound link run 41% below the same accounts' other posts, so a large share of this account's output sits in the weakest bucket we measure.
- Its average post runs 295 characters, which falls in the over 280 characters band. Across the catalog, posts over 280 characters run 15% above the same accounts' other posts.
These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

The Pentagon confirms all U.S. bombers deployed to RAF Fairford are back on American soil, days after British authorities launched a terrorism investigation into suspicious activity near the military base. The Pentagon is not saying why the aircraft left, only confirming that the bombers "have redeployed to their home stations in the United States." The timing comes as British counterterrorism police continue investigating the Sept. 27 incident near RAF Fairford. Five men were initially arrested after three suspicious vehicles were reported traveling toward the base. Police say no improvised explosive devices were found, but petrol was recovered from the vehicles. A sixth man, a 25-year-old dual UK/Iranian national, was later arrested on suspicion of preparing terrorist acts and has since been released on bail as the investigation continues. The big story is not Chinese EVs everywhere—but Chinese EV factories everywhere. This will help Chinese EV makers jump over rising trade barriers. But they will need to share the pie and play by other countries’ rules. https://t.co/oOiWxyLJWJ

The Red Sea Workaround Just Lost Its Pipeline. Back in July, I flagged that Saudi Arabia's escape route from Hormuz was already straining. Yanbu-to-Taiwan voyages had jumped from 19 days to 48 as Houthi attacks pushed Asian-bound cargoes north through Suez and around Africa, more than doubling fuel costs. That comparison no longer matters. Saudi Arabia shut down the East-West pipeline on Sept 11 after a drone strike that Riyadh and Baghdad both trace to Iraq. That pipeline is what fills Yanbu with crude in the first place. A day later, Houthi forces seized Perim Island, the narrowest point of Bab el-Mandeb, tightening their hold on the strait itself. In July the story was that the workaround got slower. Now the workaround has less oil to move and a harder strait to move it through. Both problems are stacking on the same route at the same time, which is a bigger deal than either one on its own.

Around 5% of electricity in the United States is used for data centers — far more than the global average. Around 1.5% of the world’s electricity was used for data centers in 2025. People are often surprised by how low this number is. While data centers are a relatively small share of global electricity demand, this is not true everywhere. You can see the differences across several world regions in the chart. The United States is home to the largest share of the world’s data centers. In 2025, they consumed around 5% of the country’s electricity. But demand is even more localized than this. There are numerous states where data centers represent more than 10% of power demand. In Virginia, it’s over a quarter. Even in Europe, this demand is very concentrated; beneath its 2% figure is Ireland, where data centers consume over 20% of electricity. This local concentration of demand — combined with the speed at which AI is progressing — puts pressure on grids, even if electricity demand is not overwhelming at the global level. Global growth remains solid in a challenging environment. 🗺️Real global GDP is projected to rise 3.2% in 2026 & 3.1% in 2027. 📊Higher interest rates will be an important force holding back economic growth next year, with the drag tempered by a gradual retreat in energy prices. Among advanced economies... 🇺🇸US economic growth remains healthy, powered by robust consumer spending & business investment. ➡️Real US GDP is projected to rise 2.3% this year & 2.2% next year. 🇪🇺 Growth in the euro area is expected to pick up modestly in 2027, supported by a further rebound in Germany. 🇯🇵Japan is likely to continue its above-trend growth, supported by strong microchip exports & fiscal expansion. 🇬🇧Economic momentum in the UK is holding up as technology investment cushions the energy shock. For emerging-market economies... 🇮🇳India has strong domestic demand sustaining growth. 🇨🇳China's domestic demand remains weak given overcapacity & an ongoing drag from the property slump, & the strength of Chinese exports is likely to fade next year. 🇷🇺Russia will remain constrained by sanctions & tight monetary policy. 🇧🇷Brazil has benefited from strong commodity prices, but growth is likely to slow as this year's fiscal boost fades & interest rates remain high. #PIIECharts

- What is Pham Quang Vinh's engagement rate on X?
- Pham Quang Vinh (@vinhlhq2015) has an engagement rate of 0.001%, based on the median interactions across 50 original posts from the last 30 days against 190,175 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
- Is that a good engagement rate?
- At 0.001%, Pham Quang Vinh sits below the 10th percentile of the 213,004 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
- Does @vinhlhq2015 have real engagement?
- Its engagement rate beats 6% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (21,185 accounts), which puts it in the bottom 10% for its size group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
- When does @vinhlhq2015 post?
- Most posts go out around 18:00 UTC, and Sunday is its busiest day, at roughly 2.93 posts per day across the measured window.
