A typical post picks up 246 interactions against 456K followers, an engagement rate of 0.054%. Measured over 14 original posts, its engagement rate beats 57% of 3,810 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Posts are seen about 36K times each, and 0.683% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 7.90% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 2.4 posts a day over the last 30 days, with activity on roughly 70% of days. Most posts go out around 04:00 UTC, and Thursday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 14 posts sampled, 21% carry an image or video, 21% are part of a thread and 7% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 588 interactions, about 2.4x its own typical post. Recurring topics include #cnbcawaaz, #fdi, #mm.

Compared with accounts its own size

Varinder Bansal ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ's engagement rate beats 57% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (3,810 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 7 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.

On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 41% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.

Where this sits in the catalog

At 0.054%, Varinder Bansal ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ sits above the 25th percentile of the 36,960 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the below the median band, which runs 0.012% to 0.08%.

In investing, doing nothing is also a decision. And often, it is the hardest one. Markets constantly tempt us to act. A stock falls โ€” should I sell?โ€จIt rises sharply โ€” should I chase it?โ€จSomeone else is making money โ€” what am I missing? FOMO feeling โ€จThe news changes โ€” should I change my portfolio? But activity and progress are not the same thing. Over time, Iโ€™ve realised that some of the best investment decisions were not brilliant buys or perfectly timed exits. They were simply periods when we had done the work, understood what we owned, and had the patience not to interfere with compounding. Of course, doing nothing should never mean ignoring facts. When the business changes, management integrity/governance is questioned, capital allocation deteriorates, or the original thesis breaks โ€” act decisively. But when only the price changes while the thesis remains intact โ€” patience can be a competitive advantage. Investing is a strange profession. We are paid to make decisions, yet sometimes the best decision is no decision at all. This is why the process matters so much. Research gives you conviction. Risk management keeps you alive. And patience allows compounding to do its work. #Investing #LongTermInvesting #InvestmentPhilosophy #Compounding #RiskManagement #IKIGAI

OMKARA is not about sharing daily trading ideas. It is about identifying exceptional businesses early, staying patient, and riding the big winners that have the potential to create meaningful, long-term wealthโ€”for you and, hopefully, for generations to come. We will make mistakes; they are an unavoidable part of investing. But we have learned to acknowledge them, cut losses quickly when needed, and let our winners run. Over time, a disciplined approach and a few truly outstanding winners can more than offset the mistakes. Our aim is to help you become a better investor: thoughtful, patient, deeply convinced, and intelligent in your decision-making. We focus on building a way of thinkingโ€”not reacting to every market move. OMKARA is not a trading platform. It is a long-term investing journey built around conviction, learning, and wealth creation. Thank you for being part of this dream journeyโ€”one of ups and downs, immense learning, and deep gratitude. @omkaracap

๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ *India at 80: The Case You Can't Ignore: VB - a PROUD INDIAN* A small tribute & gratitude to INDIA Today India completes 79 years of freedom and marks its 80th Independence Day. No country is perfect. India isn't either. But here is what I keep coming back to as an investor. We have a stock market that is large, liquid and genuinely diverse. A government that wants growth. And an RBI that has earned its credibility the hard way. That combination gives us something rare โ€” the ability to sleep at night. No sudden decision wipes out an industry overnight. No run on bank deposits. We sleep at night for one more reason. A defence force that has quietly protected this country for eight decades and asked for very little in return. We take all three for granted. They are the floor everything else is built on. Now the numbers: ๐Ÿ“ˆ *10th to 6th largest economy* โ€” GDP of $4.15 trillion, growing 7.7% in FY26. In 2014 we were 10th, at about $2 trillion. Economists see 1QFY27 GDP at 8% - highest in the world. ๐Ÿ’น *5th largest stock market in the world* โ€” roughly $5 trillion in value. Only the US, China, Japan and Hong Kong are bigger. ๐Ÿ†” *134 crore live Aadhaar holders* โ€” 94.6% of the country on the world's largest digital ID system. ๐Ÿ“ฑ *23.7 billion UPI payments in July alone* โ€” worth โ‚น29.9 lakh crore. India now handles close to half of every real-time digital payment on earth (IMF). ๐Ÿš€ *First country to land near the Moon's south pole* โ€” Chandrayaan-3 did it for โ‚น615 crore. Less than most Hollywood films cost. The film Interstellar cost more to make. ๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ *Defence exports up 56 times in 12 years* โ€” โ‚น686 crore in FY14 to โ‚น38,424 crore in FY26, to more than 80 countries. Domestic defence production is now โ‚น1.78 lakh crore. ๐Ÿ“ฒ *World's #2 mobile phone maker* โ€” 99.2% of phones sold in India are made in India, up from 26% in 2014. Phones are now our single largest export item. ๐Ÿ’พ *First made-in-India chip rolled out this July* โ€” from Sanand, Gujarat. The government has committed โ‚น2.03 lakh crore to semiconductors, with 12 projects and โ‚น1.64 lakh crore of investment lined up. A supply chain we did not have five years ago. ๐Ÿ”Œ *Electronics production at โ‚น13 lakh crore* โ€” exports up 11 times in 12 years. The target is $500 billion by 2030-31. ๐Ÿ›ฃ๏ธ *Highways up 60%* โ€” 91,287 km to 1,46,572 km. Expressways up 33 times. Logistics cost is down to 7.97% of GDP. โšก *Solar capacity up 58 times* โ€” 2.8 GW to 164 GW. India crossed 300 GW of clean power capacity this month and hit its 2030 Paris target five years early. Half our power capacity is now non-fossil, a 2030 target we hit five years early. *So here is my view.* India is no longer a tactical bet you hold for a few quarters. It is a structural allocation you hold for decades. A government that wants growth. A central bank that has kept its word. Forex reserves of $707 billion. Inflation at 4.45%. GDP growth at 8%. And a market deep enough to actually put serious money to work. Happy Independence Day. ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ Here's to the next 80. Varinder Bansal

What is Varinder Bansal ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ's engagement rate on X?
Varinder Bansal ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ (@vbomkara) has an engagement rate of 0.054%, based on the median interactions across 14 original posts from the last 30 days against 455,974 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
Is that a good engagement rate?
At 0.054%, Varinder Bansal ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ sits above the 25th percentile of the 36,960 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
Does @vbomkara have real engagement?
Its engagement rate beats 57% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (3,810 accounts), which puts it in the middle of its size range group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
When does @vbomkara post?
Most posts go out around 04:00 UTC, and Thursday is its busiest day, at roughly 2.37 posts per day across the measured window.
