A typical post picks up 18 interactions against 107K followers, an engagement rate of 0.017%. Measured over 8 original posts, its engagement rate beats 23% of 20,444 tracked accounts of a similar size. That is a reason to look at how the audience behaves - reply depth, saves, whether the followers are recent - rather than a conclusion about it on its own. Posts are seen about 1.2K times each, and 1.52% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 1.11% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 0.43 posts a day over the last 30 days, though only 33% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 10:00 UTC, and Monday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 8 posts sampled, 100% carry an image or video. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 36 interactions, about 2.0x its own typical post.

Compared with accounts its own size

US Consulate Karachi's engagement rate beats 23% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (20,444 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 7 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.

On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 53% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.

Where this sits in the catalog

At 0.017%, US Consulate Karachi sits above the 10th percentile of the 205,676 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the bottom 25% band, which runs below 0.024%.

Formats this account uses

Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.

Every entrepreneur starts with an idea. The hard part is knowing what to do with it. Consul General Charles Goodman welcomed members of the Consulate General Youth Council (CGYC) and Pakistan U.S. Alumni Network (PUAN) for a mixer that did exactly that: putting the next generation of Pakistani entrepreneurs in the same room as the seasoned business leaders who've already "been there". CGYC members had real conversations about real challenges, drawing directly from the experience of established professionals in our alumni network. Over the next 10 months, these undergraduates will gain the entrepreneurial knowledge, mentorship, and hands-on skills to move from idea to execution, grounded in American business values, built for the Pakistani market. ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ฐ Big ideas just got bigger support! #CGYC #PUAN #USinPak #Karachi @PakUSAlumni

Congratulations to Lincoln Cornerโ€™s newest Friends of the Corner (FOC) graduates! Twice a year, Lincoln Corners across Pakistan bring in a group of young volunteers for the โ€œFriends of the Cornerโ€ program, modeled after the โ€œFriends of the Libraryโ€ concept from U.S. public libraries. Itโ€™s part internship, part training, part real-world experience, and this cohort showed up for all of it! From January to June, 11 emerging Pakistani leaders supported Lincoln Corner programs and kept the space running for visitors. In return, they walked away with skills that actually transfer: program management, public speaking, English language development, and hands-on tech training. This wasnโ€™t about checking a box. It was about showing up consistently and building something real. Acting Consul General Jai Nair presented certificates to mark the milestone, but the growth happened long before that moment, one session at a time. #LincolnCornerPakistan #USinPakistan #FriendsOfCorner

Reading these numbers

A typical post picks up 18 interactions against 107K followers, an engagement rate of 0.017%. Measured over 8 original posts, its engagement rate beats 23% of 20,444 tracked accounts of a similar size. That is a reason to look at how the audience behaves - reply depth, saves, whether the followers are recent - rather than a conclusion about it on its own. Posts are seen about 1.2K times each, and 1.52% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 1.11% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. What is US Consulate Karachi's engagement rate on X?
US Consulate Karachi (@usconsulatekhi) has an engagement rate of 0.017%, based on the median interactions across 8 original posts from the last 30 days against 106,920 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
Is that a good engagement rate?
At 0.017%, US Consulate Karachi sits above the 10th percentile of the 205,676 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
Does @usconsulatekhi have real engagement?
Its engagement rate beats 23% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (20,444 accounts), which puts it in the bottom quarter for its size group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
When does @usconsulatekhi post?
Most posts go out around 10:00 UTC, and Monday is its busiest day, at roughly 0.43 posts per day across the measured window.

Keep going
