Erin Elizabeth Health Nut News🐭 engagement report
@unhealthytruth - 242K followers on X
Measured over 21 original posts from a 30-day window, last computed on September 28, 2026.
Engagement
A typical post picks up 282 interactions against 242K followers, an engagement rate of 0.117%. Measured over 21 original posts, its engagement rate beats 62% of 20,444 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Posts are seen about 8.6K times each, and 3.28% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 3.56% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 4.5 posts a day over the last 30 days, though only 37% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 03:00 UTC, and Sunday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 21 posts sampled, 67% carry an image or video and 43% are part of a thread. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 5.9K interactions, about 21x its own typical post. Recurring topics include #day, #labor, #onlythebeginning.

Compared with accounts its own size
Erin Elizabeth Health Nut News🐭's engagement rate beats 62% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (20,444 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 9 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.
On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 77% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.

Formats this account uses
Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.
| Format | This account | Catalog effect | 95% interval | Accounts behind it |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Image or video | 67% of posts | +111% | +108% to +115% | 34K |
| Outbound link | 5% of posts | -41% | -42% to -40% | 32K |
| Typical length | - | +15% | +14% to +16% | 32K |
- 67% of this account's sampled posts carry an image or video. Across the catalog, posts with an image or video run 111% above the same accounts' other posts.
- 5% of its posts carry a link off X. Across the catalog, posts with an outbound link run 41% below the same accounts' other posts.
- Its average post runs 637 characters, which falls in the over 280 characters band. Across the catalog, posts over 280 characters run 15% above the same accounts' other posts.
These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

While people are arguing about RFK, my people got 💩 done here in Florida and had a man arrested, who was abusing a sweet dog and keeping her out on a balcony for days in filth. Here’s a video of the dog being rescued and the owner going to JAIL .💪💪 https://t.co/LsNfvfi4Oy

I was going to wait to make this announcement until the other shoe dropped, but I thought what the hell. This is huge news. Thanks to all of you. Who helped make it possible. Thank you to Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, who follows me on X, for launching an official investigation into Kraft Heinz-owned Primal Kitchen. This comes many weeks after we helped break the news about the UC Davis study, which showed they may be using adulterated seed oils instead of pure avocado oil. A lot of people asked me why I was speaking out on Dr. Mercola a.k.a. Joe’s products, but they were never his products. Joe just happened to endlessly promote the founder of the company. Google data shows this massive favor—worth millions of dollars—was never reciprocated. Shocker. I wrote letters to the Attorneys General and promised you weeks ago that this would happen, and now it is. As I get my platforms back—with the millions of followers per platform like I used to have on this one—I don't really want to do "Food Babe" style content. I don't want to talk about crappy fast-food chains or hold meetings with them like she does. While that is awesome for her, I don’t think most of you eat that stuff anyway, so it’s largely irrelevant to this community. What is relevant is the massive wellness industry and the products allegedly committing deception. This Texas investigation is literally being conducted under the Deceptive Trade Practices Act. If they are deceiving the public, I want to know. The product I’m holding right now might be expired, but I still want to know exactly what I’ve been feeding my family. Thank you. This will be just one of many stories uncovering these product lines. Wellness companies are going to have to start telling the truth so you can finally know what is actually in your food. Right now, after the founder sold out to Kraft, only about 20% of their products are organic. I hope they will strive for 100% soon. This is just the beginning. I don’t think most influencers will call out wellness companies because there is no money in it. If I wanted to call out fast-food chains, I could make massive cash—but that is not, and has never been, my motive. Thanks to everyone who has been following along; I deeply appreciate all the thank-you letters I’ve received. I was going to wait until the other shoe dropped, but it will soon. 💪 Instead of making mega, cash, calling out crappy fast food chains, and having meetings with those said food chains, I don’t wanna be a food, babe. And fast food chains are irrelevant because people already know it’s not healthy. I want to be calling out the Wellness brands and make them healthy again!!

I haven’t spoken to a woman yet who is diagnosed w breast cancer who didn’t get repeated mammograms, which cause breast cancer (cumulative radiation) or get vaccines which also cause it. Also, 1/3 of all mammograms are wrong and many women needlessly get mastectomies. 😔😔😔😔

My adopted mom is 85 years old and her 6 brothers and sisters are all over 65, and none of them have EVER had cancer. Probably because they had measles and it protects and prevents against it. Even even CNN admits the measles is being used to cure cancer💪It’s a measly rash,

- What is Erin Elizabeth Health Nut News🐭's engagement rate on X?
- Erin Elizabeth Health Nut News🐭 (@unhealthytruth) has an engagement rate of 0.117%, based on the median interactions across 21 original posts from the last 30 days against 241,680 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
- Is that a good engagement rate?
- At 0.117%, Erin Elizabeth Health Nut News🐭 sits above the 25th percentile of the 205,152 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
- Does @unhealthytruth have real engagement?
- Its engagement rate beats 62% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (20,444 accounts), which puts it in the middle of its size range group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
- When does @unhealthytruth post?
- Most posts go out around 03:00 UTC, and Sunday is its busiest day, at roughly 4.47 posts per day across the measured window.
