Direktur Eksekutif Trias Politika Strategis, Agung Baskoro, mendesak agar Menteri ATR/BPN, Nusron Wahid, segera muncul ke hadapan publik usai KPK OTT kasus dugaan suap dan penerimaan lainnya atau gratifikasi di lingkungan Kementerian ATR/BPN. Adapun, OTT tersebut terkait kasus dugaan pengurusan pembukaan blokir Hak Guna Bangunan (HGB) lahan Summarecon di Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat. Diketahui sudah ada delapan orang yang ditetapkan sebagai tersangka dalam kasus ini. Empat di antaranya merupakan orang kepercayaan Menteri ATR/BPN, Nusron Wahid, yakni Arif Sugiyanto, Erwin, Fahd El Fouz atau Fahd A Rafiq, dan Muhammad Fakhry. Dalam rangkaian OTT itu, tim KPK tidak hanya mengamankan para tersangka, tetapi juga menyita barang bukti elektronik dan koper yang berisi uang tunai mencapai Rp106,3 miliar. Setelah OTT KPK ini, Nusron sampai saat ini belum muncul di hadapan publik, bahkan dua hari sempat absen rapat di DPR dan digantikan oleh Wamen ATR/BPN, Ossy Dermawan. Terkait pengusutan perkara suap HGB yang turut menjerat pihak ATR/BPN tersebut, Ossy menyebut Nusron terus melakukan pemantauan. Pendakwah Sugi Nur Raharja alias Gus Nur resmi menggugat negara sebesar Rp3,4 miliar terkait kasus ijazah Jokowi. Gugatan perdata ini diajukan ke PN Surakarta pada Senin (24/8/2026). Kuasa hukumnya, Muhammad Taufiq, menyebut gugatan diajukan karena proses persidangan menyita waktu, biaya, dan menimbulkan kerugian batin. Taufiq juga mengungkap rencana gugatan lain terhadap Jokowi dengan dalih perbuatan melawan hukum, namun akan diajukan setelah putusan gugatan pertama. "Kita lihat putusan gugatan ganti rugi dulu," ujarnya, Sabtu (29/8/2026). Gus Nur baru mengajukan gugatan setelah menerima amnesti dari Presiden Prabowo Subianto pada 1 Agustus 2025, yang membebaskannya dari hukuman penjara. Amnesti itu menjadi landasan untuk menuntut ganti rugi atas kerugian selama proses hukum. Kasus Gus Nur bermula dari podcast bersama Bambang Tri Mulyono pada 2022 yang dianggap menyebarkan hoaks ijazah Jokowi. Ia sempat divonis enam tahun penjara, dikurangi jadi empat tahun lewat banding, sebelum akhirnya bebas bersyarat pada April 2025. Kini, tim hukum Gus Nur bersama Solidaritas Masyarakat Penuntut Laporan Ujaran Kebohongan (SAMPLUK) menegaskan gugatan akan terus dilakukan jika keadilan tidak diperoleh.
