A typical post picks up 48 interactions against 124K followers, an engagement rate of 0.038%. Measured over 12 original posts, its engagement rate beats 38% of 20,444 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Posts are seen about 3.5K times each, and 1.38% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 2.80% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 0.73 post a day over the last 30 days, though only 37% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 18:00 UTC, and Thursday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 12 posts sampled, 67% carry an image or video, 8% are part of a thread and 8% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 593 interactions, about 12x its own typical post.

Compared with accounts its own size

Daily💎's engagement rate beats 38% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (20,444 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 8 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.

On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 50% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.

Where this sits in the catalog

At 0.038%, Daily💎 sits above the 25th percentile of the 205,152 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the below the median band, which runs 0.024% to 0.143%.

Formats this account uses

Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.

  • 8% of its posts carry a link off X. Across the catalog, posts with an outbound link run 41% below the same accounts' other posts.
  • Its average post runs 312 characters, which falls in the over 280 characters band. Across the catalog, posts over 280 characters run 15% above the same accounts' other posts.

These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

Telegram didn’t announce anything. They just made their sticker renderer 2-3x faster. tlottie, the library that draws animated stickers and emoji, got its first real overhaul in years. The biggest gains land on 64x64 animations, which is exactly the size used in the sticker picker and the emoji keyboard. It’s already being integrated into Telegram Web and Android. Durov promised tokenized stickers in spring 2024, 95% of sales to creators. Two years of silence since.

How TON (@ton_blockchain) is distancing itself from The Open Platform (@topdotco) Today, TON Core updated https://t.co/B3XmnIVa0M. The Getgems (@getgemsdotio) integration was removed from the interface, including links for buying domains on the secondary market. Links for renewing domains through Keeper (@keeper_wallet) disappeared as well. Just a few weeks ago, the Webdom (link in comment) marketplace founder publicly asked Durov and TON Core to add Webdom to TON DNS website. They even prepared a dedicated PR on GitHub, but TON Core went in a different direction and removed all integrations altogether. It looks like we may be watching the ecosystem’s priorities shift after the departure of TON Foundation. Under TF, TON was heavily centered around products from The Open Platform (including Getgems and Keeper). Wallets are another recent example. According to Cointelegraph leak, once the native Telegram Wallet launches, the current Wallet (@wallet_tg) will be renamed to Walt. It will almost certainly give up the "wallet" handle to the new wallet. Telegram Wallet has already appeared in TON Connect, and most likely after launch it will become the default option. This is probably a healthy change. The old setup came at a real cost to the ecosystem: too many builders came to TON, quickly realized that success depended less on product quality and more on being close to the right people, and moved on. Hopefully, that model is finally starting to change.

📈 TON under Telegram: Convenience ++ Telegram Login may go with TON Connect. Code on a Telegram test server suggests that users may be able to connect their TON wallet during the current Telegram login flow. The difference may come down to just a couple of clicks, but it shows how deep the integration could go — and it would definitely make the experience smoother. It’s good to see that, despite the missed deadline, Telegram appears to be building the wallet as a proper product rather than just ticking a box.

TON builders face a growing support gap. Since the Foundation disappeared, even critical infrastructure has been affected—Pyth price feeds, which many DeFi projects rely on, were reportedly left without funding or a clear path forward. Telegram’s blockchain contests could offer a practical lifeline. Previous rounds awarded up to $200K and helped bring talented developers into TON Core. Contests won’t replace a proper grants program, but they can fund essential work and reward independent contributors.

Reading these numbers

A typical post picks up 48 interactions against 124K followers, an engagement rate of 0.038%. Measured over 12 original posts, its engagement rate beats 38% of 20,444 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Posts are seen about 3.5K times each, and 1.38% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 2.80% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. What is Daily💎's engagement rate on X?
Daily💎 (@the_daily_ton) has an engagement rate of 0.038%, based on the median interactions across 12 original posts from the last 30 days against 124,073 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
Is that a good engagement rate?
At 0.038%, Daily💎 sits above the 25th percentile of the 205,152 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
Does @the_daily_ton have real engagement?
Its engagement rate beats 38% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (20,444 accounts), which puts it in the middle of its size range group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
When does @the_daily_ton post?
Most posts go out around 18:00 UTC, and Thursday is its busiest day, at roughly 0.73 posts per day across the measured window.
