A typical post picks up 682 interactions against 544K followers, an engagement rate of 0.125%. Measured over 35 original posts, its engagement rate beats 74% of 20,444 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Compared with accounts its own size
Escape from Tarkov's engagement rate beats 74% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (20,444 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 10 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.
On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 31% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.
Where this sits in the catalog
At 0.125%, Escape from Tarkov sits above the 25th percentile of the 205,048 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the below the median band, which runs 0.024% to 0.143%.

Formats this account uses
Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.
| Format | This account | Catalog effect | 95% interval | Accounts behind it |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Image or video | 94% of posts | +111% | +108% to +115% | 34K |
| Outbound link | 29% of posts | -41% | -42% to -40% | 32K |
| Typical length | - | +15% | +14% to +16% | 32K |
- 94% of this account's sampled posts carry an image or video. Across the catalog, posts with an image or video run 111% above the same accounts' other posts.
- 29% of its posts carry a link off X. Across the catalog, posts with an outbound link run 41% below the same accounts' other posts.
- Its average post runs 534 characters, which falls in the over 280 characters band. Across the catalog, posts over 280 characters run 15% above the same accounts' other posts.
These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

Another notable change coming with update 1.2.0.0 will be improvements to PMC bots behavior and equipment in PvE mode. The randomness in the number of PMC bots in raids will decrease, and on average, there will be a little more of them. The number of cases where they die before players even encounter them will be reduced by changing how they interact with Scavs and other PMC bots. PMC bots will also better distribute across locations during raids. They will be more likely to appear at points of interest and in task areas, and will engage in firefights with Scavs and players more frequently. The gear of PMC bots will become more varied and logical. High-level bots will utilize higher-quality equipment and weapons compared to low-level ones. A bot's faction will also influence the loadout, reflecting the specific PMC's allegiance to a certain side of the conflict. Another small addition will be the introduction of PMC bots to the Labyrinth. #EscapefromTarkov

Prestige system for PvE is coming very soon! Its rules will be identical to PvP Prestige, but with a lot of rewards being exclusive - including Tarcoin. Once unlocked, these exclusive rewards will become available in both PvE and PvP. Additionally, players who haven’t reset their progress since the game's release will be able to do so by Prestiging. That way, they’ll both receive the Prestige rewards and gain access to all the content added to the game since version 1.0! #EscapefromTarkov

The upcoming 1.2.0.0 update will focus on improving the PvE gameplay experience. One of its additions will be a dedicated Prestige system for PvE, which we’d like to take a closer look at today. The core concept behind PvE Prestige will be similar to the one already available in PvP: a system that, after meeting a set of requirements, allows you to start from scratch in exchange for permanent rewards. The requirements themselves will also be similar to those of PvP Prestige. What will set PvE Prestige apart is its rewards. These will include, for example, new unique versions of NKVD Finka knife, Akula dagger, and Gamma secure container. These items can only be earned through PvE Prestige, but once unlocked, they will become available across all game modes. Another exclusive reward will be TarCoin. For every PvE Prestige level, you will receive this valuable currency, which can be used in the Expansions Hub in any game mode. Some Prestige rewards, such as apparel and character appearance, will be identical to those in the PvP mode. When earned in PvE, such rewards will only be available in PvE. It’s also worth pointing out a technical detail: Prestiging in PvE will not reset your character’s progression in EFT: Arena. #EscapefromTarkov

- What is Escape from Tarkov's engagement rate on X?
- Escape from Tarkov (@tarkov) has an engagement rate of 0.125%, based on the median interactions across 35 original posts from the last 30 days against 544,373 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
- Is that a good engagement rate?
- At 0.125%, Escape from Tarkov sits above the 25th percentile of the 205,048 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
- Does @tarkov have real engagement?
- Its engagement rate beats 74% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (20,444 accounts), which puts it in the middle of its size range group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
- When does @tarkov post?
- Most posts go out around 14:00 UTC, and Friday is its busiest day, at roughly 1.3 posts per day across the measured window.
