Early reading. We have captured 6 original posts for this account, below the 8 we require before treating a median as settled. The numbers above describe what we have seen so far, not a finished profile of the account.

A typical post picks up 26 interactions against 780K followers, an engagement rate of 0.003%. Posts are seen about 14K times each, and 0.176% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 1.86% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 0.43 posts a day over the last 30 days, though only 20% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 09:00 UTC, and Monday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 6 posts sampled, 17% carry an image or video and 50% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 3.5K interactions, about 63x its own typical post. Only 6 original posts have been captured so far, fewer than the 8 posts we want behind a median before treating it as settled. Read the figures above as an early measurement of this account, not as a finished profile of it.

Where this sits in the catalog

At 0.003%, Taiko.eth 🥁 sits below the 10th percentile of the 204,798 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the bottom 25% band, which runs below 0.024%.

Posting timing

This account posts most often around 09:00 UTC, and Monday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

Formats this account uses

Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.

This account's posting mix compared with catalog-wide effects

  • 17% of this account's sampled posts carry an image or video. Across the catalog, posts with an image or video run 111% above the same accounts' other posts.
  • 50% of its posts carry a link off X. Across the catalog, posts with an outbound link run 41% below the same accounts' other posts, so a large share of this account's output sits in the weakest bucket we measure.
  • Its average post runs 994 characters, which falls in the over 280 characters band. Across the catalog, posts over 280 characters run 15% above the same accounts' other posts.

These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

⚠️ Security Notice We have confirmed a compromise of Taiko’s chain state verification mechanism. As a result, the security assumptions of all bridges deployed on Taiko can no longer be relied upon. We are actively coordinating with the Security Council and ecosystem partners to contain the incident, pause affected systems where possible, and take all necessary technical and legal actions. We strongly advise all users to withdraw their funds from all bridges deployed on Taiko immediately. Further updates will be provided as more information becomes available.

Boundless set out to build a zero-knowledge proving network. We ended up building something bigger: a global network that coordinates GPU capacity at scale. Today, we’re expanding into AI. @sshankar on what’s next: https://t.co/KsgKQr90LG

Tokenized real-world assets are entering the agentic economy That requires infrastructure built for both financial instruments and autonomous on-chain execution. We are deploying Brickken’s tokenization infrastructure on @taikoxyz , bringing our issuance, compliance, distribution, lifecycle management, and agent identity capabilities into Taiko’s Ethereum-equivalent Layer 2 ecosystem. The collaboration also extends our agent-ready tokenization stack, including RAMS (Regulated Agent Mandate Standard) [ERC-8226], the compliance delegation standard for AI agents operating on regulated on-chain assets into an execution environment built for autonomous on-chain activity. This matters because RWAs and autonomous agents are starting to converge. Agentic workflows are adding another layer. Autonomous participants need identity, permissions, and rule-based execution when interacting with tokenized assets. Taiko provides the Ethereum-equivalent execution layer. We provide the tokenization and agent-identity infrastructure required for compliant issuance, distribution, and lifecycle management. The next phase of RWA deployment will not be defined only by bringing assets on-chain. It will be defined by how those assets are operated, controlled, and executed inside programmable environments.

Taiko is back online, and no one lost a cent. Steps 2 and 3 are done: the bridge is fully backed again, with every asset matched 1:1 by its counterpart on Ethereum, and the network is live so you can transfer, swap and trade as normal. One step is left, reopening the bridge to Ethereum. It's coming shortly, and your funds stay safe until then. Stay sharp: we'll never DM you and there's no claim or refund site, so only trust links from this account.

Taiko is ready to come back online. The June 21 attack path is closed, the fixes have been reviewed by independent security experts, and we have a clear, staged plan to restore the chain. We're doing it in four careful steps, to ensure user’s security and stability before it goes live: 1. Deploy the fixes and confirm the chain's finalized state is correct, with no forged checkpoints or attacker claims reachable. This will go through the Security Council. 2. Replenish the bridge so every L2 asset is backed 1:1, verifiable on-chain by anyone. 3. Bring the network back: transfers, swaps and trading on L2, live again. 4. Reopen the bridge: after we see the chain finalizing successfully and the network stable, the bridge will be unpaused via a proposal from our Security Council. At this point, operations have been fully restored and users will be able to move funds to and from Taiko freely. We're reopening with conservative withdrawal quotas as an added safeguard, which we don't expect to limit anyone's ability to move assets. No user will lose funds. We're coming back stronger than before. We'll never DM you first and there's no claim site, only trust this account.

Yesterday was officially my last day as CTO @taikoxyz . I'm starting my own company outside crypto (more on that in the coming weeks) with an incredible co-founder. I'll stay on as an advisor and independent Security Council member to keep Taiko safe and help the team deliver on the mission in this next chapter. The past year has been an incredible ride. We launched preconfirmations, revamped the entire protocol to make it 10x more efficient, and I got to work with some of the smartest people I've ever met, people who are deeply aligned with the values that got me into Ethereum in the first place. I also learned a lot about how to be a leader during adverse situations. It is no secret that this crypto cycle has been hard, especially for infrastructure projects and scaling solutions. We had to let go some very talented people, suffered a security incident during this period, and I had to lead the response to the hack, on which was easily the most stressful week of my life. There’s no easy way to deal with it, but I feel very proud of how the team responded. While all of this was happening, AI agents exploded. I found myself using claude code and codex every hour of my waking day. My productivity skyrocketed and I was building agents and tools nonstop, both inside Taiko and on personal projects. At some point it became obvious this wave was too big to miss, and I fell in love with bringing agents to real world problems. I'd also been growing an itch to finally become a founder. Having gone from individual contributor, to working and then leading teams at some of the leading companies in the industry. I felt my calling. I came to Taiko with the mission to make the protocol and the engineering team more efficient, and we achieved it. The world has not yet moved on-chain, and a lot of the cases we were excited about have not materialized yet, but I’m still confident they eventually will and that teams aligned with crypto’s ethos and scaling without compromises will gain more share and ultimately succeed. I'm deeply grateful for the opportunity to lead Taiko's engineering team, and happy to stay involved with the team and the ecosystem as an advisor. I’m also incredibly excited about this new chapter in my life, and look forward to sharing more of what we’re building soon. Stay based!
