A typical post picks up 97 interactions against 113K followers, an engagement rate of 0.086%. Measured over 39 original posts, its engagement rate beats 51% of 20,444 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Posts are seen about 12K times each, and 0.836% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 10.3% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 2 posts a day over the last 30 days, with activity on roughly 63% of days. Most posts go out around 11:00 UTC, and Tuesday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 39 posts sampled, 67% carry an image or video, 5% are part of a thread and 13% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 568 interactions, about 5.9x its own typical post. Recurring topics include #knowledgemarine, #ace, #anandrathiwealth.

Compared with accounts its own size

kumar saurabh's engagement rate beats 51% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (20,444 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 8 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.

On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 37% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.

Where this sits in the catalog

At 0.086%, kumar saurabh sits above the 25th percentile of the 205,261 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the below the median band, which runs 0.024% to 0.143%.

This account posts most often around 11:00 UTC, and Tuesday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

Formats this account uses

Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.

  • 13% of its posts carry a link off X. Across the catalog, posts with an outbound link run 41% below the same accounts' other posts.
  • Its average post runs 560 characters, which falls in the over 280 characters band. Across the catalog, posts over 280 characters run 15% above the same accounts' other posts.

These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

The current pessimism around NIFTY50/top 100 stocks reminds me of 2019 days of smallcap stocks when smallcap investing was being considered as mahapaap and even folks who full time smallcap investors for last 5-10 years then we're thinking of quitting it. There were N theories going around then why smallcap investing is the worst thing to do and why sticking to HDFC Bank, Kotak, HUL, Asian paints is the best decision to take make easy pissy 15% CAGR than trying to wipe off wealth by investing in smallcap stocks. Tables have turned slowly.

Once we are in equities, it's our job to manage political, social, currency, macro, micro, growth, overvaluation, sector, company - all sorts of risks. We can't enjoy good times flaunting our skills and blaming to outside factors in bad times. Had to mute many twitter accounts/keywords due daily ka rona dhona which was not at all value adding.

The average holding period of top 3 stocks is now more than 3 years. One of them is simply an invit to take care of good part of my annual expenses through dividend. Another one has not moved for 1.5 years now after being a 2.5x in 1 year since first invested. However, valuations seem very attractive now. The 3rd one is a compounding story from current valuations with many years of compounding left and a 5x in last 3 years and the current dividends take care of 1 month of expenses. Now a days, given the portfolio size and profits, have to also think of tax if booking profit. 5-6 years back, the only thing I was looking out of portfolio was CAGR but now, apart from CAGR, tax, dividends , expense, cashflow support, volatility , asset allocation etc etc. are also part of decision making framework. How we think of portfolio and what outcomes we intent to derive is also a factor age and changing financial landscape These are things very less discussed on social media beyond cracking multibaggers everyday, don't buy a flat , what 1L SIP can do in 30 years - eye grabbing/distribution income driving content Personal Finance is really personal and customized beyond flashy CAGRs. Beyond a point once someone reaches a respectable number, for some the rat race of CAGR may not matter and peace of mind to live happily tension free may become supreme. However, also, a sizable capital gives flexibility to allocate capital to new areas to learn and evolve within markets. May be a 10% of capital to SME, unlisted, F&O etc etc. The beautiful world of personal finance, personal ambitions and internal satisfaction to be aspirational as well as self content. It is a very personal space for everyone. Sorry for may be a non value adding rant. Just ended up typing my thoughts

#RKForging Key guidance metrices to track and how does it look like. We do use lot of AI during research process but we keep the validation, analysis, extrapolations and judgement to self, spending more time on these activities and leveraging AI for data and information collection.

Good to see how this week is progressing because if we do not bottom at these levels, we can have a big mess. 80-90% of times in last 25 years we have either bottomed or gone sideways around these data points. Rest 20% times - havoc. Hope we don't see it. Rest, in technicals we are not in game of prediction but useful reaction. Will take it every end of week as it comes. Waiting for Friday close

What is kumar saurabh's engagement rate on X?
kumar saurabh (@suru27) has an engagement rate of 0.086%, based on the median interactions across 39 original posts from the last 30 days against 112,517 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
Is that a good engagement rate?
At 0.086%, kumar saurabh sits above the 25th percentile of the 205,261 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
Does @suru27 have real engagement?
Its engagement rate beats 51% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (20,444 accounts), which puts it in the middle of its size range group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
When does @suru27 post?
Most posts go out around 11:00 UTC, and Tuesday is its busiest day, at roughly 1.97 posts per day across the measured window.
