A typical post picks up 264 interactions against 78K followers, an engagement rate of 0.341%. Measured over 12 original posts, its engagement rate beats 71% of 6,874 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Posts are seen about 14K times each, and 1.85% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 18.4% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 0.7 post a day over the last 30 days, though only 43% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 02:00 UTC, and Wednesday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 12 posts sampled, 58% carry an image or video and 25% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 22K interactions, about 84x its own typical post. Recurring topics include #sb, #andydaulton, #dunno.

Compared with accounts its own size

Seth Joyner's engagement rate beats 71% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (6,874 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 4 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.

On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 59% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.

Where this sits in the catalog

At 0.341%, Seth Joyner sits above the 50th percentile of the 66,393 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the above the median band, which runs 0.1% to 0.499%.

Formats this account uses

Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.

These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

Tom Brady reveals the overlooked reason practice squad players never succeed in the NFL It’s not a lack of talent. Brady watched it happen for 20 years. The pattern was undeniable. As soon as a practice squad player got promoted and had to perform under real pressure, they crumbled. It took years for Brady to understand why. “There’s 53 guys on the active roster and there’s now 15 guys on the practice squad. So there’s 68 players. But those practice squad players are important because if anybody on the active roster gets hurt, they can get elevated to the squad.” “These scout team receivers would come in and practice with the scout team and they do really well. And I’d be watching. I’m like, ‘Man, we got to get that guy. Let’s get him up on offense. He’s making a lot of plays.’” “Then all of a sudden, we’re like, ‘Hey man, you’re doing really well. You got to come over here and deal with the pressure of succeeding now that you have expectation.’” “And these guys are like, they weren’t prepared for it. So whatever we saw in practice against where there was not a lot of pressure, now when they’re put in a situation where there’s an expectation for performance, they’ve never had to personally deal with that and then they fail.” “And then what I realized was a lot of guys on those practice squads, they don’t want to be elevated to the roster.” “They’re very happy living this life where they could tell their family and friends, which I have no problem with that. But the reality is a lot of guys don’t want the pressure of dealing with top.” Twenty years in the league and seven Super Bowl rings later, Brady learned that talent wasn’t the hardest thing to find. It was people who actually wanted the pressure that comes with being great.

🚨🗣️ 𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚: Paraguayan politician Celeste Amarilla has responded to Kylian Mbappé: “YES, my post against Kylian Mbappé was racist. That's why I deleted it, and it was unfortunate. However, I will NOT apologize, I said what I had to say. I come from a society where gays were beaten and where calling someone a sh*tty n*gger was the most common thing. I come from that generation, so now I'm trying to build a different Celeste Amarilla, that's capable of co-existing with others. Have patience, I'm trying."

I'm amazed at the reports coming out of @Eagles training camp; the QB comp %, TD tracking, the offense is struggling, the defense is dominating rhetoric! Philly's own media finds ways to add fuel to the national medias rhetoric around this team! #Sad First: the defense should be dominant, most starters have been in this system for going on 3 yrs, and the missing or weak link, the left CB is now a position of strength! Next, the offense is going to be slower to develop. There's a new OC, QB, OL, and TEs/run game coordinator coaches! As well as some new faces being integrated on offense! Stands to reason that the offense is finding its way after "3" days! Give the offensive players & coaches time to sync up, damn! This lag is a major flaw with the new #CBA, #OTAs, and the lack of player/coach interaction in the off-season! That's a whole other post! I do not find this daily report card helpful, reporting negativity 3 days into camp! Can the players get a padded practice or 2 before the evaluations begin? Geez🙄🙄 #GoBirds 🦅

From @gmfb: A.J. Brown stopped by the #Eagles’ facility last week to pick up some items, say goodbye and leave a parting message on the wall. Meanwhile, as for the conspiracy theory floating around on what led to the Brown-Hurts rift, Big Dom and others are adamant it’s bogus. https://t.co/M134pe9j8d

Many believer that 2026-27 is approved it, make or break year for #JalenHurts! I'm not in that camp! But, with #AJ gone I believe #Jalen can orchestrate this new offense, stress free and calm, without feeling the obligation of feeding #11!!!! https://t.co/MhC4cwATar

T.J. Houshmandzadeh on Makai Lemon: “He’s just a good football player. He just doesn’t have the size you would like outside of that. If he was six feet, he’s like, ‘Oh, that’s a great pick.’ It’s because of one, you’re not very big. Two, you went to an offense that really wants to run the ball. Three, you went to a quarterback that he ain’t giving you opportunities to make 50/50 plays, at least he hasn’t shown that he’s gonna do that.”

Jalen Hurts is 6-4 in the playoffs, but in those 6 victories he averages only about 167 passing yards per game. He has never thrown for 250 yards in a playoff win. His passing totals in those wins: • 154 vs. Giants • 121 vs. 49ers • 131 vs. Packers • 128 vs. Rams • 246 vs. Commanders • 221 vs. Chiefs That means he won FOUR playoff games while throwing for 154 yards or fewer. Why? Because Philadelphia’s defense has allowed only about 15 points per game in his six playoff victories and has never allowed more than 23.

What is Seth Joyner's engagement rate on X?
Seth Joyner (@sethjoyner) has an engagement rate of 0.341%, based on the median interactions across 12 original posts from the last 30 days against 77,534 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
Is that a good engagement rate?
At 0.341%, Seth Joyner sits above the 50th percentile of the 66,393 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
Does @sethjoyner have real engagement?
Its engagement rate beats 71% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (6,874 accounts), which puts it in the middle of its size range group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
When does @sethjoyner post?
Most posts go out around 02:00 UTC, and Wednesday is its busiest day, at roughly 0.7 posts per day across the measured window.
