The very first scene I shot for #Dhurandhar , in Amritsar-Rehman Dakait’s haveli. It was Nov last year- I was a mix of nerves and excitement. My first morning shot was with Akshay lighting his cigarette, silently urging him to take revenge. #AkshayKhanna is pure magic. We barely had a chance to talk, but the moment the camera rolled, there was an instant connection. I truly feel we share a wonderful chemistry. It’s an absolute dream to have a co-actor like him-such a pure artist, with so much to learn from. More than anything, it’s a joy to perform with someone of his calibre. I truly hope we’re paired together again someday. Praying.

1. This was my entry scene in the film, and the amount of love it has received has truly overwhelmed me. In this scene, I felt everything at once- anger towards my husband for being the reason behind our son’s death, helpless desperation, and the deep, shared pain between us. And yes, I slapped Akshay once-for real- during his close-up, after Aditya insisted it had to be authentic. I was hoping to cheat, but no such luck. My breakdown close-up was done in a single take. 2. This was the prayer meeting after my son’s demise. The pain I felt in that moment stayed with me-it came straight from the heart. #BTS #Dhurandhar

Wow! Just happened to see the most talked about film an absolute masterpiece 'Dhurandhar'. What 'propaganda' film??? A film is a film is a film. It's a great film, gripping interesting & full of entertainment, made with sincerity. The sets too have been created beautifully in Bangkok, Thailand (depicting Pakistan) in a very realistic manner. Technically brilliant, with great editing. The cinematographer deserves applause for his exquisite work. Kudos to the entire supremely talented cast & crew who have made this film a visual delight! Everyone stands out superbly. One & only our Ranveer Singh @RanveerOfficial fits the bill & is outstanding, worthy son @duttsanjay of the most worthy father late & great #SunilDutt is brilliant, our dear great #VinodKhanna's son #AkshayeKhanna now creates his own identity by portraying an extraordinary role & leaves an extremely lasting impression with his flawless performance,ably & aptly directed by #AdityaDhar & rightly marketed through Youtube, which highlights it.The icing on the cake, certainly is our dear friend, #RakeshBedi who has won our hearts with a wonderful & amazing role with a fine balancing act which only he could have done. Music & choreography has brought revolutionary in cinema especially 'Shararat' & 'Ishq Jalakar -Karvaan" are euphoric,foot tapping with great repeat value. Also in a powerful cameo portrayal is our charming @saumyatandon who stands out. Team #Dhurandhar's brilliance in performances can be credited to the 'role model' now, in cinema, @AdityaDharFilms. This commercial masterpiece by most sought after, successful filmmaker @AdityaDharFilms is an unforgettable cinematic treat/ masterstroke indeed! Long Live Indian cinema!
