Hiçbirinde yatırılan miktara dair bilgi yoktu. İlginçtir, kimse de sormamış. Bugün Hürriyet’te Musa Kesler imzalı haberde gördük o detayı. Kaya çiftinin iade tutarı, 1 milyar 860 milyon liraymış. Bu rakam ana para ve mevduat faizi düşürülerek hesaplanmış. Ana paranın 163 milyon lira olduğu dikkate alınırsa eklenen mevduat faizi 147 milyon lira. Faiz haram değil mi? Bu bir inanç meselesi, inanmıyorsanız hadi bunu geçtik. Asıl soru şu: İade edilen para suç geliriyse iade kararı sizi kurtarır mı?

Bir hakkı teslim edelim. Fon krizi patladıktan sonra hem AK Parti hem destekleyici hesaplar iyi sınav verdi. AK Parti’nin 24 yıllık yorucu iktidar günlerine rağmen kendini yenileme refleksinin hala çalıştığına şahitlik ettik. Destekleyici hesaplar da yanlışı sahiplenmedi, aksine üstüne üstüne gitti. 24 yıllık başarının bir sebebi de bu olsa gerek, kurumsal kimliğini şahsi heveslerden arındırarak güçlü tutabiliyor. Özgür Özel ve arkadaşları bunu başaramadı mesela. İstanbul’dan Uşak ve Antalya’ya uzanan yolsuzluk iddialarının üzerine gitmek yerine “siyasi örtü” sermeyi tercih ettiler. O vakit şöyle demiştik: -Mücadelenizi hukuk zemininde verin, ilk derece mahkemeye inanmıyorsanız İstinafı var, Yargıtayı var, nihai aşamada sandık var. -Milletin terazisi şaşmaz. -Güvenin. Maalesef şahsi hevesleri CHP’nin kurumsal kimliğinin üzerinde tuttular, sınıfta kaldılar, partisiz kaldılar. Sadede gelirsek; Yaşananlar ilk bakışta nusubet gibi gözükebilir ama fırsattır aynı zamanda. AK Parti sorunu kısa sürede çözer, mağduriyetleri giderir, hesap sorar, yorgun ve işlevsiz tüm hücrelerini yeniler, milletle coşkulu bir şekilde kucaklaşırsa, yeni bir başlangıç yapabilir.
