Early reading. We have captured 5 original posts for this account, below the 8 we require before treating a median as settled. The numbers above describe what we have seen so far, not a finished profile of the account.

A typical post picks up 9 interactions against 189K followers, an engagement rate of 0.005%. Posts are seen about 2.9K times each, and 0.309% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 1.54% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 0.17 posts a day over the last 30 days, though only 17% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 02:00 UTC, and Thursday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 5 posts sampled, 80% carry an image or video and 20% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 19K interactions, about 2074x its own typical post. Only 5 original posts have been captured so far, fewer than the 8 posts we want behind a median before treating it as settled. Read the figures above as an early measurement of this account, not as a finished profile of it.

Formats this account uses

Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.

Seems like my last tweet got a bit viral :) Hence a humble introduction for the folks who have followed me - I am Priyanka Gupta, founder of VegFit. At VegFit, our mission is to help 100,000 professionals in their 40s achieve better health & productivity through holistic nutrition and exercise. Through my 15+ years in corporates and startups, I strongly felt the need to build a system that not only helps me get fitter and stronger but healthier for older years. I launched VegFit with the idea of spreading the awareness that fitness is simple, as long as we prioritise it and make it a part of our lifestyle. Through my struggles of fat gain, loss of stamina, poor gut health, and bone pain, I developed a new lens towards fitness which is not extreme but sustainable. And I coach the same to senior executives who relate with these challenges. I share my wisdom and stories here. Checkout https://t.co/CzSVW21pur where I share a lot of free resources to help the community. One such resource is my Intermittent Fasting guide. Last week, Apr 9, I turned 43. Ok, say it out in the comment, I will take a pause. :) 'Oh, but you don't look like 43' 'I could never guess you are in 40s.' 'What's your mantra.' Well, I don't look like 40s because the benchmark image in your mind is of a woman who is - inactive, has 30%+ body fat, looks tired. A decade ago, women barely prioritised their fitness but times are changing now. I see more women lifting weights, taking care of their diet, prioritising overall wellbeing. So cheers to all the women (like me 😍) who are redefining ageing. 🤤 PS: Special thanks for all b'day wishes, I couldn't respond in DMs.

I left everything behind at 43 to move to Berlin. No job waiting. No friends in the city. Leaving behind a life I spent two decades building back home. It's exciting and frightening at the same time. Doubting myself every night quietly. Missing the version of me. Wondering if I've made the biggest mistake OR I will make a better life here. If you're sitting on the edge of your own leap, I see you. It's terrifying. Jump anyway. #startingover #berlinlife #midlifereinvention #expatlife #careerreinvention

Today marks exactly 3 months in Berlin. 👇 1. Berlin has a meetup for literally everything. Hiking. Founder board-game nights. Product events. Coffee chats with strangers. Dancing, meditation. Whatever you want to explore, someone has already started a group for it. My problem here isn’t boredom. It’s FOMO. 2. I do have a few friends to count on. Lucky to have met warm and caring people from across the globe, India, Romania, Serbia, Ukraine, Germany, Italy. Dinners, drinks, lots of “wait, how do you say this in your language?” Most importantly, there are now people I can message on a low day and hear warm words back. That changed everything. 3. I am now comfortable saying “Ich bin heute glücklich (I am happy today)” Berlin lets you get by in English. But I’m learning, slowly, because I want to belong, not just manage. 4. I’m relearning the language of expression. Communication here is very different from back home. In India, sarcasm is a love language and “no” is a word we avoid. We say “let’s see,” “maybe next time,” “I’ll try,” and stretch ourselves thin to avoid seeming rude. Here, a polite “no” isn’t rude at all. It’s how people protect their peace and priorities, and nobody takes it personally. Europeans are warm and easy to befriend, but they’re also diplomatic, careful with their words, and clear about their boundaries. I’m still unlearning a lifetime of sarcasm and over-accommodating. Turns out tone needs localisation too. 5. 10,000 steps is just… Tuesday. I miss my India gym. The memberships here are mostly annual and doesn’t make sense. I go to a basic one in my building. But my step count has never looked better, since nothing gets delivered home. ;) . My calves have filed a formal complaint. 6. Loneliness is a quiet roommate. Even with new friends, not feeling lonely takes conscious effort. People here already have their circles, and nobody owes me an invite. So I take ownership. I show up, I follow up, and I take interest in their lives, not just ask for help with mine. 7. Belonging is a practice, not a phase. Meeting new people every other day is tiring. Some days I’d rather stay in. But if you don’t enjoy putting yourself out there, settling in a new country will be hard. So I split my days between work and exploring. I’m building a long-term life without missing the one happening right now. 3 months ago, I arrived with a suitcase and a lot of hope. I’m still a beginner here, but now I’m a beginner with people to call. 🇩🇪

Product head, side-hustler, content creator, and moving to Berlin - all at once. Overwhelmed, yet I am loving the hustle. Right now, my plate is full, and honestly? I love it: - Consulting an early-stage startup on their product strategy - Building a fitness habit-formation app as a side hustle - Navigating Berlin, building a network, and setting up a new chapter - Creating fitness and lifestyle content - Staying consistent with my own daily fitness habits through it all People often ask me how I manage all of these moving parts without burning out. The secret isn't motivation—it's planning in advance. When I map out my days and weeks ahead of time, a few magic things happen: - I don't waste energy deciding what to do next; I just execute. - Staying purposefully busy leaves zero room to worry about unnecessary anxiety. - When every part of my day aligns with something I’m passionate about, excitement becomes the default state. How do you keep your focus sharp when life gets busy?

Science Museum visit on the hottest day in Berlin. And who was my best friend? The fan! 🪭 Landed in Berlin during the hottest days. Europe did not seem to be ready for this. I struggled to get a fan here, stores running out of stock, price surge on fans! Finally shut my Indian brain down and bought this little buddy for Euro27 (Rs.2800). This fight of Euro vs Rupees continues but I am slowly making peace with it. :D

Never wait for the best. Work with what you've got. I started working out the very next day I landed in Berlin. The easiest way was to go to the gym in my apartment. Trust me, this is one of the most basic gyms I have ever worked out in, but I have to make things happen. I don't want to be making excuses. I want to be moving. Here is my back workout routine. Hope this motivates you.

I didn't just change my address (Bangalore to Berlin). I changed my entire operating system. And nobody tells you that habits don't get a visa. https://t.co/h5Sii9GBm6 —> https://t.co/NpI5A6rB7e Same river, different bank. Myntra —> Zalando My wardrobe also had to apply for a residence permit. 10-minute grocery delivery —> Lidl and Rewe It's now a 10-minute arm workout carrying bags home. Uber —> U-Bahn Taking trains (with all sorts of people) instead of smelly cabs. 🥶 Pollution masks —> dodging cigarette smoke Not the same breathing problem, but I gotta complaint. Broken footpaths —> cobblestones My ankles are still deciding which one they hate more. Construction drills —> church bells I still wake up at 7. Just more spiritually. Good morning —> Guten Morgen Pronunciation: under construction (the Bengaluru kind). And the biggest plot twist at the cafe: Manish became Michael. Amit became Alexander. Rahul became Robert. Relocation: complete. Adaptation: still buffering. ⏳
