Since our team earned second place in the first hackathon organized by the Pi project in 2021, PCM has been actively committed to ecosystem development, launching a series of applications including the PiChain Mall, Pi NFT ART, PCM Games, and a store locator for offline merchants. Regrettably, despite our achievement in the competition, the corresponding prize has yet to be received. Nevertheless, the PCM team has remained true to our original mission, standing by the community to this day. Over the years, to foster a more independent and sustainable path forward, and following thorough community discussion and consensus, we have decided to implement a strategic realignment and optimize our governance structure. This adjustment is aimed at genuinely empowering PCM to become community-driven and stride toward a more resilient future. The specific changes are outlined below: 1.
