A typical post picks up 900 interactions against 484K followers, an engagement rate of 0.187%. Measured over 38 original posts, its engagement rate beats 78% of 3,899 tracked accounts of a similar size. Comparing inside a size band matters here: engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly just re-measure the follower count. Posts are seen about 66K times each, and 1.37% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 13.6% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 1.6 posts a day over the last 30 days, with activity on roughly 77% of days. Most posts go out around 18:00 UTC, and Thursday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 38 posts sampled, 76% carry an image or video and 11% are part of a thread. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 29K interactions, about 32x its own typical post.

Compared with accounts its own size

Paul Saladino, MD's engagement rate beats 78% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (3,899 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 7 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.

On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 59% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.

Where this sits in the catalog

At 0.187%, Paul Saladino, MD sits above the 50th percentile of the 37,701 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the above the median band, which runs 0.081% to 0.439%.

I feel like it’s finally safe to say this out loud: The COVID era was a time of staggering overreach and repeated, official betrayal. They took our freedom, our livelihoods, and our trust, and no one has answered for it. We were forced into isolation, fueling a massive psychological crisis. Beaches, parks, and trails where transmission was virtually impossible were closed, ignoring the crucial role of sunlight and Vitamin D for immune function. The government and employers forced vaccine mandates, making millions choose between a medical treatment lacking long-term safety data and their ability to feed their families. Meanwhile, pharmaceutical companies were granted total immunity from liability. If you had a severe vaccine reaction, you were on your own. When people tried to share these stories of big tech silenced them and deleted their accounts. The architects of these policies, like Dr. Fauci, shifted goalposts constantly. He received a preemptive presidential pardon from Joe Biden, and when recently questioned by Congress, pleaded the Fifth Amendment 111 times. The biggest failure? We knew early on that metabolic dysfunction was a massive risk factor for severe COVID. Yet public health officials stayed completely silent on the importance of quality food, exercise, and true metabolic resilience. Instagram deleted my account in 2021 for pointing all of these things out. YouTube deleted multiple videos on these topics. We all lost something during those years. Whether it was someone you loved, your job, your sovereignty, or your health... I am truly sorry for your loss. If all of this makes you angry, you’re my kind of people. Let's make sure this never happens again.

Dear Costco, many of us don’t want to eat a chicken that’s been sitting in a hot plastic bag all day. If we can afford to buy your $80 packs of steaks, we can afford to pay 20 cents more for a chicken in a cardboard box. https://t.co/4MP83Dh0rg

For the next 90 days… check your labels. Buy beef marked "Product of USA." 300,000 tons of tariff-free beef is incoming, and nobody will say where it's actually from (best guess is Argentina, not confirmed). Since there's no name on the label, that means no one has to answer for how it was raised or how fast. Why does this matter? The timeline. Ask any real producer what "cheap and fast" means: •Hormones for speed growth •Antibiotics for rushed, crowded conditions •Corn-fed instead of pasture Processed at scale, one pound of "ground beef" can come from a dozen+ cows blended together. None of it traceable. Not hypothetical. A batch already hit US retail in TX and FL last month before completing safety reinspection, meaning it reached shelves without finishing the safety check. Not to mention: China rejected an Argentine shipment for a banned antibiotic, chloramphenicol, as recently as March 2026. Under new 2026 USDA rules, "Product of USA" legally means born, raised, slaughtered, AND processed on American soil. This is the only label that guarantees those standards. Buying American is also how you support American ranchers getting undercut by these imports. Zooming out… this is the real state of beef in America right now: •Untraceable imported meat from unknown conditions •Lab-grown meat, already FDA-cleared, landing on shelves •Domestic ranchers doing it right and getting squeezed from every direction This is what a food system optimizing for cheap and fast over real and transparent looks like. For the next 90 days, and beyond, find a local rancher and buy directly. Vote with your dollars. That's how you actually know what's in your beef, and how you ensure the ranchers and butchers doing this right stay in business.

lettuce... now blueberries. frozen blueberries and frozen mixed berries from GreenWise Organics found to be contaminated with e.coli 0145:H28, a shiga-toxin producing form of this bacteria. berries were distributed to Publix stores in AL, FL, GA, KT, NC, SC, TN, and VA. Publix has apparently recalled all lots of these but be aware if you buy these berries from Publix, especially in these states. there is no amount of washing that removes this e.coli to a safe level, the berries would have to be boiled. this form of e.coli is a nasty one. the shiga toxin and other toxins can damage the lining of the intestines and blood vessels. most people recover from this infection without issues, but 5-10% develop hemolytic-uremic syndrome. bad news for the kidneys. notably, antibiotics are not recommended for this one. if you bought this berries, i'd throw them out for now but other blueberries should be ok! hope this helps those who are concerned about this... go eat some steak and bananas instead.

Clavicular says 10mg of retatrutide "literally rapes you." It made him "apathetic" and changed his personality. It's going to become much harder to sweep the personality-changing effects of GLP-1 drugs under the carpet as more and more people take them. https://t.co/aR43P8gxHn
