Kamu İhale Kurulu’nun 21 Şubat 2024 tarihli kararında da Ohitan İnşaat’ın 27 Nisan 2023’ten 27 Nisan 2025’e kadar tüm ihalelere katılmaktan yasaklı olduğu açıkça belirtiliyor.
