Early reading. We have captured 1 original post for this account, below the 8 we require before treating a median as settled. The numbers above describe what we have seen so far, not a finished profile of the account.

A typical post picks up 596 interactions against 194K followers, an engagement rate of 0.306%. Posts are seen about 41K times each, and 1.44% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 21.2% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 0.03 posts a day over the last 30 days, though only 3% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 16:00 UTC, and Tuesday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 1 posts sampled, 100% carry an image or video. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 58K interactions, about 98x its own typical post. Only 1 original post have been captured so far, fewer than the 8 posts we want behind a median before treating it as settled. Read the figures above as an early measurement of this account, not as a finished profile of it.

Engagement rate as a share of followers, across the 205,374 accounts we have scanned enough to measure. The axis is logarithmic, because the top and bottom of this population are about 22,897 times apart and a linear axis would flatten everything below the median into a single point.

This account posts most often around 16:00 UTC, and Tuesday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

Formats this account uses

Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.

I left for bombay at 6.30 am like the hard working professional that I am & stopped the car at 7 am to make this reel as I’ve long realised that silence is not a virtue & one must speak up when they are disrespected. Yes if wrong things happen at any workplace that are against basic human rights, me & all of us should speak up. I don’t care about the personal trolling, I’m used to it last 5 years since shark tank but the purpose of this reel is to request all the proud Indians in this country to start speaking up when they see something wrong, out of humanity, out of patriotism. Jai hind. Now off to another joyful & complex day at work !

Doing what I do best, work hard to educate on health & keep growing my company. This reel talks about a condition, urinary incontinence that 33% women suffer in silence. Thank you to my advisory board of doctors who help me spread awareness. Stay tuned for more health reels from me, it’s a passion to improve the health statistics of our country !

My frozen shoulder has been so painful last 11 months. First 7 months, I gave up everything. But then I restarted my gym, yoga, dance as staying active esp in perimenopause is important. Last headstand pic of mine was July 2025. I have been really struggling w my yoga but my teacher Supriya who is a medical yoga expert from Iyengar Institute uses props to help me. It’s been a slow, frustrating & painful journey, I don’t know when I will do a headstand again so effortlessly like before ?! Soon I hope coz I’m a warrior who refuses to give up & refuses to shut up 💪💪

First time in the history of @sharktank.india , a founder has accepted an offer without hearing offers from other sharks !! But that’s Shubham Gupta for you, a unique founder & truly my # 1 deal of Season 5 ! Bonkers FY 26 expected sales is 180 cr with 20% ebidta, fully bootstrapped, need I say more ? But what touched my heart is Shubham’s story. He had to drop out of college when his father faced bankruptcy in his business. They lost everything even their home. Staying positive inspite of all the pain, taunts, rejection is what true winners are made of. I gave him a 300 cr valuation, exactly what he asked for as I wanted to ensure I gave him an offer “ too good to refuse” The clarity, connect & bond we shared right from the outset only got strengthened & deeper after meeting him in pune. I am so proud of him & my entire family enjoys wearing Bonkers clothes. Now Shubham’s 2 biggest goals are offline expansion & tech, something his mentor Mayank Nayak & I will help him with. But my personal biggest goal is to get his health back, he’s working so hard that his weight has dropped to 47 kilos ! The guys been through hell & back but from now it’s only love & light for him ! Journeys like these deserve to be seen. And founders like this deserve to be acknowledged !!!

Most people don’t know about FERRITIN. This is your iron reserves. You could have normal haemoglobin but if your ferritin is low ( below 70) you will have all the symptoms of anemia. Additionally it impacts your sleep, heart & immunity if not addressed in time. It takes a simple blood test to find out your ferritin levels & an ivy iron infusion is often a better solution when ferritin is extremely low. If not too low, you can take iron tablets to bring it up. I will be sharing a lot more reels on iron deficiency in the coming days !! Small fact - I’m still scared of needles & had been procrastinating this for past 3 months much to my doctors displeasure. Thanks to a friend who gave me the strength to finally get this done & slowly but surely conquer all my fears :) Life’s too short & unpredictable .. let’s all thrive & not just survive !

I love educating on health w the help of my medical team of doctors. As part of SO JAO campaign to create awareness on sleep crisis, I have made over 15 reels & this one addresses a very important myth. As we get older, we don’t sleep as well & then just dismiss it saying “ it happens to everyone with age, you need less sleep as you get older”. This is so incorrect & therefore this reel had to be made. You can find all my educational reels on sleep in the highlights section of my Instagram page. Do get educated & work on your sleep hygiene. My dream is to have a healthier nation !!

I have gone through 2 failed IVF & I can assure you that this is a time where not only emotions, trauma but also mis information & ignorance runs high. People need to get educated. In a country where 57% women have iron deficiency, this is an important test prior to an IVF attempt. Watch this reel to understand the science, whetted by doctors I closely work with !

Met my Season 2 founder Kanika today. Kanika’s company Mindpeers helps with mental health, I’m so proud of this Shark tank investment. But we have moved beyond just an inventor- founder relationship. She’s now a dear friend who has been working with me on my personal passion project - train & place the right mental health counsellors in government schools that don’t have this expertise. We have started with pune schools - observing, learning, adapting… it’s my dream that every school, every child in India should have access to trained mental health therapists ! It’s a critical need. Even prouder that Mindpeers, born in India but now has entered global markets with their AI mental health intelligence and have ₹15Cr in revenue last FY

I met Vishnu & Dattatreya, founders of Swadeshi Blessings in Pune. This is my Shark Tank investment that makes Artisanal Kitchenware and Home décor products. In Season 2, they were at a MRR of 25 Lakhs currently they are at an MRR of 1.2Cr. Hailing from Udaipur, Swadeshi Blessings currently works with 100+ Artisanal families. With 75% of the sales coming from the export market, they have expanded across Marble Home décor with their Marble Bowls ranking in Top 10 in Decorative Bowls category across Amazon US. With their recent developments in UK and Germany markets, I am sure that they will scale well in those markets too. Truly a venture that supports Indian tradition & artisans, so proud of you !!

This dance class was my tribute to Lataji. The reel also has an important leadership lesson. This format was selected so as to give an avenue to my facial expressions. Often as business leaders, a poker face is considered a sign of maturity, seriousness & bossism & boy, don’t I just love busting stereotypes :) May is Mental Health Awareness month. In my opinion, suppressing your emotions & seeking validation by sticking to society’s stereotypes leads to anxiety. Being your authentic self, expressing your emotions freely & passionately…showing ur joy, sorrow, pain..makes you a happier person & definitely a more relatable leader. Dance helps me bring out that inner child, that emotion & that rawness…
