Mickey from Arcadia engagement report
@mickeyhardy - 211K followers on X
Measured over 26 original posts from a 30-day window, last computed on September 22, 2026.
Engagement
A typical post picks up 342 interactions against 211K followers, an engagement rate of 0.121%. Measured over 26 original posts, its engagement rate beats 63% of 20,444 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Posts are seen about 16K times each, and 2.10% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 7.72% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 1.4 post a day over the last 30 days, with activity on almost every day in the window. Most posts go out around 16:00 UTC, and Monday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 26 posts sampled, 42% carry an image or video. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 7.7K interactions, about 23x its own typical post.

Compared with accounts its own size
Mickey from Arcadia's engagement rate beats 63% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (20,444 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 9 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.
On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 64% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.
Where this sits in the catalog
At 0.121%, Mickey from Arcadia sits above the 25th percentile of the 205,261 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the below the median band, which runs 0.024% to 0.143%.

Formats this account uses
Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.
| Format | This account | Catalog effect | 95% interval | Accounts behind it |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Image or video | 42% of posts | +111% | +108% to +115% | 34K |
| Outbound link | 4% of posts | -41% | -42% to -40% | 32K |
| Typical length | - | +15% | +14% to +16% | 32K |
- 42% of this account's sampled posts carry an image or video. Across the catalog, posts with an image or video run 111% above the same accounts' other posts.
- 4% of its posts carry a link off X. Across the catalog, posts with an outbound link run 41% below the same accounts' other posts.
- Its average post runs 1096 characters, which falls in the over 280 characters band. Across the catalog, posts over 280 characters run 15% above the same accounts' other posts.
These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

I recently hired a kid in India who offered to work for free. He asked for nothing. He just wanted an opportunity to prove he could create value. Once he did, I moved him into a commission only role. The model is simple: eat what you kill. He earns 20% of the profit he generates. His job is outreach and growing our media assets. Today, he is making close to $5,000 per month and repeatedly tells me how much the opportunity has changed his life and his family's life. There is a lesson here for anyone struggling to find work: Find someone you want to work with. Figure out what they need. Create value for them before they ever have to ask you for it. Make yourself economically undeniable. Opportunity tends to find people who have already proven they deserve it. My DMs are always open to hustlers like this.

Good morning, Asia. While you were sleeping, one of our most-read stories was about Google burning through cash for the first time since going public decades ago as it raised its spending forecast for AI infrastructure. https://t.co/mYimix2GWy https://t.co/0NRPNQQg0y

My guest today is Brian Chesky (@bchesky), founder and CEO of Airbnb and one of the great consumer founders of the last 20 years. Paul Graham coined "founder mode" based on Brian's experience running Airbnb. This conversation is about what comes after it, what he calls AI founder mode, and how it will force founders to focus even more on the details. We talk about his eleven-star exercise for finding product market fit, why your first hire should be a recruiter, and why Airbnb's $100B IPO became one of the saddest days of his life. Brian still comes across like the 17 year-old at the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) who picked to study industrial design. His heroes are all artists. Da Vinci, Van Gogh, Walt Disney, and Steve Jobs, all of whom were working the week they died because they loved what they did. Rick Rubin taught him that an artist is only an artist when they make things for themselves. Now Brian believes AI is the opportunity for all of us to do the same. Enjoy! fomo led its first round with 140 angels and currently has 200+ angels on our cap table. early founders almost always get company <> angel investor dynamics wrong. u should view angel investors as call options on ur PRODUCTS success. u may get a major tech CEOs/celebrities/athletes/etc. on ur cap table, but the chances of them being helpful early are near zero. as u scale and build something ur angel investors are actually excited to use and proud to share, u unlock more and more individuals who become naturally compelled to share ur product with the rest of the world.

The biggest hack I’ve learned after generating $500M+ in sales through influencer marketing: Direct transactional ads almost never work. The best advertising is secondary or tertiary. When we work with hair care brands, we’ll have the influencer film their morning routine and the product just happens to be what they use. For a stock trading company, we’ll do a day in the life. They check their portfolio at some point, or use the company’s card when they grab lunch. For a food delivery company, it might be a “what I eat in a day” where they order dinner through the app. For a travel company, the content is about the trip. The product comes in when they book something, pay for something, or solve a problem while traveling. For an AI company, we’ll have someone show how they run their business or get through their workday. The AI product is just one of the tools sitting in the workflow. You can take this pretty far. The less the creator has to stop what they’re doing to explain the product, the better. People are extremely good at recognizing when the content they wanted to watch has stopped and the advertisement has started. The goal is to never create that moment.

World Cup Final with the $TRUMP Coin Club ⚽ Here's what the weekend looked like: Friday → Private watch experience at Baccarat Hotel → Dinner at TAO Saturday → Helicopter to Trump Bedminster → Storm rolled in, but still caught POTUS on the course → Private third-place match viewing with World Cup Final suite owners Sunday → Top 19 holders attended the World Cup Final in a private suite → Holders ranked 20–50 attended an exclusive viewing experience at Trump Tower A few things that stood out: • The logistics were exceptional. Transportation, scheduling, communication, hospitality, everything ran flawlessly. • The attention to detail was obvious. Plenty of memorabilia throughout the weekend, including watches, shoes, apparel, and collectibles. I've been to a lot of crypto events over the years. This was one of the best executed. Appreciate the invitation and hospitality from the $TRUMP Coin Club.

- What is Mickey from Arcadia's engagement rate on X?
- Mickey from Arcadia (@mickeyhardy) has an engagement rate of 0.121%, based on the median interactions across 26 original posts from the last 30 days against 210,925 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
- Is that a good engagement rate?
- At 0.121%, Mickey from Arcadia sits above the 25th percentile of the 205,261 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
- Does @mickeyhardy have real engagement?
- Its engagement rate beats 63% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (20,444 accounts), which puts it in the middle of its size range group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
- When does @mickeyhardy post?
- Most posts go out around 16:00 UTC, and Monday is its busiest day, at roughly 1.4 posts per day across the measured window.
