Yıllık enflasyon 57 ay sonra (Kasım 2021) yüzde 30’un altına geriledi. Dezenflasyon ulaştırma hariç genele yayılıyor. Eylül ayında gıda enflasyonu geçtiğimiz yılın aynı dönemine göre 8,4 puan azalarak yıllık yüzde 27,6 oldu. Kural bazlı düzenlemelerimizin de katkısıyla eğitim enflasyonu yıllık 17,5 puan düşerek yüzde 48,6 gerçekleşti. Geçen yılın aynı ayına göre 27,8 puan gerileyen yıllık kira enflasyonu yüzde 41,3’e indi. Öncü göstergeler, kira enflasyonundaki düşüşün süreceğine işaret ediyor. Son dönemde yeniden yükselen petrol fiyatlarının enflasyon üzerindeki etkisini sınırlamak için mazottan sonra benzinde de eşel mobil uygulamasından kademeli olarak çıkıyoruz. Merkez Bankamız savaş olmasaydı enflasyonun bu yıl 7 puan daha düşük olacağını hesaplıyor. Konut ve gıda arzını artırmaya yönelik politikalarımıza devam ediyoruz. 2027 yılında başta kira ve eğitim olmak üzere hizmet enflasyonunda ataletin azalması ve emtia fiyat artış etkilerinin zayıflaması enflasyondaki düşüşe katkı sağlayacaktır.
