Los más de cien mil abortos de 2023 significaron cien mil nacimientos menos, y hoy 100 mil chicos menos que deberían estar en sala de 3 años. La frase “nos está costando caro en términos de crecimiento” es estrictamente correcta. Por otro lado, si la reacción se debió a la frase del presidente “pasión por asesinar niños en el vientre”, puedo comprender y adherir a la idea de que no todas las mujeres que abortan lo hacen con indolencia. Pero creo interpretar, que el presidente no se refería a las mujeres que abortan, sino a los movimientos proaborto que de verdad han mostrado una “pasión” por alentar el sacrificio de seres humanos. Me quedo con esto. El aborto sí es una causa de la reducción de los nacimientos. Negarlo no lo hace menos cierto. No es la única y lo sabemos. Las reacciones indignadas responden a un marco ideológico, no a los hechos. Lo que dijo Milei: “Por otro lado, también, digamos, si la caracterización del crecimiento es desde los rendimientos crecientes y el capital tiene importancia, obviamente también tiene importancia lo que pase en el mercado de trabajo y, muy especialmente, lo que pase con la población. Y de hecho, estamos pagando muy caro la locura de los pañuelitos verdes. Digamos, hoy Argentina no llega a una tasa de crecimiento de la población y de natalidad que permita la reposición. Por lo tanto, digamos, esa pasión por asesinar niños en el vientre de la madre también nos está costando caro en términos de crecimiento, y ni les cuento en términos de sistema previsional, de reposición.”
