@levelsio engagement report
@levelsio - 979K followers on X
Measured over 9 original posts from a 30-day window, last computed on October 18, 2026.
Engagement
A typical post picks up 734 interactions against 979K followers, an engagement rate of 0.075%. Measured over 9 original posts, its engagement rate beats 67% of 18,861 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Posts are seen about 130K times each, and 0.565% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 13.3% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 2.7 posts a day over the last 30 days, though only 37% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 14:00 UTC, and Wednesday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 9 posts sampled, 67% carry an image or video and 11% are part of a thread. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 47K interactions, about 64x its own typical post.

Compared with accounts its own size
@levelsio's engagement rate beats 67% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (18,861 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 10 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.
On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 34% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.

Posting timing
This account posts most often around 14:00 UTC, and Wednesday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

Formats this account uses
Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.
| Format | This account | Catalog effect | 95% interval | Accounts behind it |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Image or video | 67% of posts | +111% | +108% to +115% | 34K |
| Outbound link | 0% of posts | -41% | -42% to -40% | 32K |
| Typical length | - | +15% | +14% to +16% | 32K |
- 67% of this account's sampled posts carry an image or video. Across the catalog, posts with an image or video run 111% above the same accounts' other posts.
- 0% of its posts carry a link off X. Across the catalog, posts with an outbound link run 41% below the same accounts' other posts.
- Its average post runs 396 characters, which falls in the over 280 characters band. Across the catalog, posts over 280 characters run 15% above the same accounts' other posts.
These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

I built a Photoshop-like image editor. It’s called Compositor. https://t.co/5EMXCgaWI1 I originally built it for myself to get off my Adobe subscription, but decided to release it for free and make it open source. It has all the essential tools I need for compositing, with none of the BS. I know this workflow is kind of archaic in 2026, but I’m still using it until AI can actually get pixel-perfect on some of the details. The entire app is 12MB. Photoshop is 6,455MB on my machine.

It was great to finally have someone admit the truth: climate doomerism is about one world government, ending democracy and impoverishing the world. The idea that we must impoverish humanity to save it is not just absurd, it's a suicide pact. Sovereign nations will never accept it, and people will never vote for it. I don't believe in suicide for token gestures towards not solving a problem you're claiming to solve.

My 84-year-old grandmother recently came from Brazil to visit me in Portugal. She had a return business-class ticket, was in a wheelchair and accompanied by airport assistance. Still, they almost didn’t let her enter because I hadn’t written an invitation letter. She later went to Ireland to visit my sister and had to enter Portugal again. This time, I prepared the letter and attached my European passport, proof of my address and all our information. Apparently, that still wasn’t enough. They almost rejected it because it wasn’t the specific AIMA form authenticated by a notary. An 84-year-old woman in a wheelchair, with a business-class return ticket and clear proof of where she was staying, was treated like an immigration threat because of paperwork. Then we watch thousands of people enter Europe illegally without passports, visas or any checks at all. Honestly, it’s an absolute joke. Two-tier immigration control in Europe.

I discovered that 1000s of bots are actively monitoring X for new links posted, probably not just on my account I noticed when everytime I'd share one of my sites new features or pages, the page would get a bit slower just after posting, then I asked Claude to analyze it I tweeted a test URL as a reply somewhere deeply hidden in a thread (so not even a main post) And within 8 seconds there's thousands of crawlers opening the page! One is a military intelligence firm, that scans social media for breaking news and sells alerts to newsrooms, banks, companies and government, it specifically follows accounts with many followers Another one is a social media monitoring company that tracks what people say online I knew of course high frequency trading firms use online news to trade fast on things, but interesting to see it in real life Twitterbot (X) of course is first, within 0 seconds of sharing, it opens it (probably when I wrote the tweet) The first non-X bot arrives just 8.40s later, which I think is pretty fast considering it's a reply by me deeply hidden in a thread somewhere TL;DR they're watching you!

Looks like the EU might have just killed the single market by mistake. As of this morning if you are a business in one EU country and want to send your product in a box to another EU country you have to register as a packaging producer. No, there isnt a single EU registration scheme. 27 countries, 27 registrations. Up to ÂŁ1000 a time PER COUNTRY and the Swedish registry is closed for the summer holidays. This is awesome in its own special way. I have no idea how something like this made it through the first draft. The EU has been trying to stop Chinese online sales for ages without breaching WTO rules, but this is like detonating a nuclear weapon in your own house to stop a burglar stealing your spoons. #ppwr

- What is @levelsio's engagement rate on X?
- @levelsio (@levelsio) has an engagement rate of 0.075%, based on the median interactions across 9 original posts from the last 30 days against 978,748 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
- Is that a good engagement rate?
- At 0.075%, @levelsio sits above the 25th percentile of the 190,099 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
- Does @levelsio have real engagement?
- Its engagement rate beats 67% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (18,861 accounts), which puts it in the middle of its size range group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
- When does @levelsio post?
- Most posts go out around 14:00 UTC, and Wednesday is its busiest day, at roughly 2.67 posts per day across the measured window.
