#RDC: Précision importante: Depuis quelques jours, un document présenté comme émanant du District du Kivu,intitulé "Liste des tribus indigènes recensées 1908-1909"signé le 15 déc.1909 par A. Winne circule... Il y a des doutes sérieux sur l'authenticité de ce document. Et voici la preuve : Le district du Kivu a été créé bien plus tard par l'arrêté royal du 28 mars 1912 qui élevait "la zone" du Kivu" au rang de district parmi les 22 districts du Congo belge(Bulletin officiel de 1912). Le chef-lieu avait été établi à Rutshuru. Source: "Le Sud-Kivu, Enjeux de territoire, p.363". La tenue d'un Dialogue national peut être un moment propice pour poser les jalons d'un avenir national radieux.
