Jon Cooper 🇺🇸 engagement report
@joncoopertweets - 1.4M followers on X
Measured over 117 original posts from a 30-day window, last computed on October 25, 2026.
Engagement
A typical post picks up 1.1K interactions against 1.4M followers, an engagement rate of 0.084%. Measured over 117 original posts, its engagement rate beats 68% of 20,444 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Posts are seen about 22K times each, and 5.28% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 1.58% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 26.4 posts a day over the last 30 days, with activity on almost every day in the window. Most posts go out around 13:00 UTC, and Wednesday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 117 posts sampled, 63% carry an image or video and 20% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 363K interactions, about 318x its own typical post. Recurring topics include #voteearly, #ohgov, #bluewave2026.

Compared with accounts its own size
Jon Cooper 🇺🇸's engagement rate beats 68% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (20,444 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 10 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.
On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 91% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.
Where this sits in the catalog
At 0.084%, Jon Cooper 🇺🇸 sits above the 25th percentile of the 204,956 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the below the median band, which runs 0.024% to 0.143%.

Posting timing
This account posts most often around 13:00 UTC, and Wednesday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

Formats this account uses
Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.
| Format | This account | Catalog effect | 95% interval | Accounts behind it |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Image or video | 63% of posts | +111% | +108% to +115% | 34K |
| Outbound link | 20% of posts | -41% | -42% to -40% | 32K |
| Typical length | - | no effect | -2% to -1% | 42K |
- 63% of this account's sampled posts carry an image or video. Across the catalog, posts with an image or video run 111% above the same accounts' other posts.
- 20% of its posts carry a link off X. Across the catalog, posts with an outbound link run 41% below the same accounts' other posts.
- Its average post runs 254 characters, which falls in the 180 - 280 characters band. Across the catalog, posts of 180 to 280 characters match the same accounts' other posts almost exactly.
These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

My MAGA neighbor five minutes ago: “I just read that tariffs are going to raise prices for stuff. I don’t get it. I thought China was going to pay them.” I explained how tariffs work. I wish you could see the look on the guy’s face when it sunk in. So much ignorance out there.

BREAKING: House Republicans are canceling the final two weeks of September and plan to stop voting after September 14, leaving Washington until after the midterms. The timing? Thomas Massie’s bipartisan push to force action on millions of unreleased Epstein files is gaining signatures. They were elected to govern, not run from accountability. Stay in Washington. Release the files.

USS Abraham Lincoln’s resupply problems weren’t a mystery. Iran hit NSA Bahrain—the 5th Fleet’s main logistics hub—hard in February. The Navy had to shift to Diego Garcia, 2,200 miles away instead of ~800. Transit times roughly tripled, so replenishment dropped from every ~3 days to ~10. That’s the logistics reality behind the shortages and 200+ days at sea without a port call. The Pentagon fired the editor of Stars and Stripes for telling the truth.

Russia's plague outbreak is getting worse, now with 5 hospitals in Irkutsk quarantined, universities canceling classes and accusations from healthcare workers that the government is attempting a media cover-up. Nearly 200 contacts of a 28-year-old anti-plague laboratory worker who died last week are reportedly under isolation or medical observation. Irkutsk universities are canceling classes citing a “case of pneumonic plague,” while an aluminum plant introduced mandatory masks. A local government warning advising residents not to travel to Shelekhov was published and later deleted. Healthcare workers claim doctors are discussing plague internally while avoiding the diagnosis in official documents. Russian health authorities continue to deny any plague outbreak, attributing the woman's death to “pneumonia of unknown origin.” Pneumonic plague is far worse that it's Bubonic cousin as its transmitted directly between humans.

I spoke with the Head of the Security Service of Ukraine, Oleksandr Poklad. Unfortunately, a Russian drone struck the central building of the Security Service of Ukraine on Volodymyrska Street in Kyiv, across from St. Sophia Cathedral. All emergency services are on the scene. Everyone affected will receive the necessary assistance. The drone was aimed directly at the office of the Head of the Security Service in that building. I instructed Poklad to deliver an appropriate, tangible response and, where possible, one that mirrors this strike, to the Russians once everything is ready. Our military will support this response. Glory to Ukraine!

- What is Jon Cooper 🇺🇸's engagement rate on X?
- Jon Cooper 🇺🇸 (@joncoopertweets) has an engagement rate of 0.084%, based on the median interactions across 117 original posts from the last 30 days against 1,370,658 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
- Is that a good engagement rate?
- At 0.084%, Jon Cooper 🇺🇸 sits above the 25th percentile of the 204,956 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
- Does @joncoopertweets have real engagement?
- Its engagement rate beats 68% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (20,444 accounts), which puts it in the middle of its size range group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
- When does @joncoopertweets post?
- Most posts go out around 13:00 UTC, and Wednesday is its busiest day, at roughly 26.43 posts per day across the measured window.
