"الطاقة": الناقلة DELPHI بدأت التفريغ والوقائع والتواريخ تدحض أكاذيب Lebanondebate صدر عن وزارة الطاقة والمياه البيان الآتي: كعادته يواصل موقع lebanondebate وأخواته من المنصات المتفرعة عنه الحملات الممنهجة ضد وزارة الطاقة والمياه والوزير #جو_الصدي، حيناً بإبتداع أخبار كاذبة وأحياناً أخرى بأخبار مجتزأة أو محرّفة أو موضوعة خارج سياقها "لغاية في نفس يعقوب" وخدمة لـ"مجهول معلوم". في هذا الاطار، نشر مقالاً في 18/8/2026 تحت عنوان: "18 ألف دولار غرامات كل يوم… مَن فتح باب الهدر في وزارة الطاقة؟"، إدعى فيه أن الناقلة DELPHI وصلت إلى لبنان قبل تأمين التمويل وفتح الاعتماد المصرفي، وبعد الأيام الثلاثة الأولى التي تقع على عاتق المورّد، بدأت غرامات التأخير بقيمة 18 ألف دولار يومياً، لتبلغ حتى اليوم 36 ألف دولار. يهمنا ان نوضح الآتي: *في 3/8/2026 وقع وزير الطاقة والمياه جو الصدي طلب فتح الاعتماد المستندي وأرسله الى مصرف لبنان بعد موافقة مؤسسة كهرباء لبنان على الناقلة DELPHI. بناء على الطلب المستندي وجراء ثقة المورد بالوزارة، باشر بتحميل الباخرة بالفيول اويل. *في 14/8/2026، وصلت الباخرة الى بيروت وتم في اليوم نفسه فتح الاعتماد المستندي من قبل مصرف لبنان بعكس ما يدعي المقال. *في 17/8/2026، أضاف المصرف المراسل تعزيزه للاعتماد المستندي وذلك في ساعات بعد الظهر لذا تعذر ربط الباخرة وتفريغها. *في 18/8/2026، وعند الساعة 8:10 صباحاً بدأت عملية تفريغ الباخرة. لذا: أولاً، الـتأخير لبضع ساعات ضمن الهامش الطبيعي وهو امر عادي ويتكرّر في عمليات تفريغ الناقلات عالمياً. ثانياً، التأخير هو 12 ساعات و42 دقيقة لذا الغرامة المترتبة هي حوالى 9500$ فقط وهو مبلغ زهيد جداً في عالم تجارة المحروقات وتوريد الناقلات البحرية. وهذا يؤكد أكذوبة الـ36 الف دولار التي تحدث عنها Lebanondebate. ثالثاً، تأخير المصارف المراسلة يعود الى الحملات الممنهجة والاكاذيب التي أطلقتها مواقع كـLebanondebate واصدقائها والتي تسببت بتشويه سمعة لبنان وخلق شكوك لدى المصارف المراسلة كادت ان تتسبب بقطع العلاقات كلياً مع لبنان وجعله خارج الانتظام المصرفي العالمي. لذا أصبحت اجوبتها تتأخر عن الوقت المعتاد. رابعاً، تحميل المواد بناء على طلب فتح الاعتماد المستندي كسباً للوقت هو إجراء روتيني معتمد من قبل إستلام الوزير الصدي لمهامه في وزارة الطاقة والمياه. خامساً، انتقاد المقال لإعطاء التعليمات للمورد قبل فتح الاعتماد المستندي يزعزع ثقة الموردين بجهة حكومية تتمثل بوزارة الطاقة. فـ"جوقة الحملات التحريضية" التي عملت على ضرب ثقة المصارف المراسلة بلبنان، تسعى اليوم الى ثقة ضرب الشركات الموردة بلبنان. في الختام، إن إصرار موقع Lebanondebate وأخواته ومن يقف خلفه ومن يحركه على الاستمرار بحملات الكذب والتشويه والتحريف أصبح مكشوفاً أمام الجميع ولن ينال من مناقبية ونزاهة وجدارة وعزيمة الوزير جو الصدي، فـ"حبل Lebanondebate" مهما طال قصير.
