Mi primera alocución como Presidente de la República llega en uno de los momentos más dolorosos y desafiantes para nuestra Nación. Las familias afectadas tendrán subsidios de arrendamiento, alivios en servicios públicos y soluciones de vivienda nueva y mejoramiento. Esta reconstrucción no será únicamente una tarea del Gobierno. Convoco a empresarios, constructores, entidades financieras, aseguradoras, gobernadores, alcaldes y a cada colombiano a poner el hombro. Todos debemos poner, porque la Patria la reconstruimos entre todos.
