A typical post picks up 2 interactions against 47K followers, an engagement rate of 0.004%. Measured over 38 original posts, its engagement rate beats 6% of 20,445 tracked accounts of a similar size. That is a reason to look at how the audience behaves - reply depth, saves, whether the followers are recent - rather than a conclusion about it on its own. Posts are seen about 154 times each, and 1.30% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 0.33% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 2.2 posts a day over the last 30 days, with activity on roughly 70% of days. Most posts go out around 17:00 UTC, and Wednesday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 38 posts sampled, 87% carry an image or video, 11% are part of a thread and 5% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 1.7K interactions, about 836x its own typical post. Recurring topics include #tmg, #a4a, #arewaforasiwaju.

Compared with accounts its own size

Hon Babs Sankara's engagement rate beats 6% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (20,445 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 4 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.

On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 38% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.

Where this sits in the catalog

At 0.004%, Hon Babs Sankara sits above the 10th percentile of the 205,582 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the bottom 25% band, which runs below 0.024%.

Formats this account uses

Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.

1-1 *ƊAN ISA: IMPRESSIVE CREDENTIALS, HIGHER EXPECTATIONS AS NEW RESIDENT ELECTORAL COMMISSIONER* Well Deserved Appointments The last time I saw Alhaji Dr. Zaharaddin Basiru Sanusi (Ɗan Isan Dutse) was sometime in May this year at Hasinah Eatery, where we gathered to celebrate the promotion of Comrade Faisal Eshaq in his service career. The occasion provided an opportunity to reminisce about our years of student activism in various universities and colleges. I exchanged brief pleasantries with Ɗan Isa, and we dispersed after the programme. Yesterday, I came across a statement issued by the State House and signed by Bayo Onanuga announcing that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu had approved re-appointment the nomination of new Resident Electoral Commissioners (RECs) Zaharaddin Basiru Sanusi was among the nominees from Jigawa State. Today, I read a rejoinder from the Nigerian Democratic Congress (NDC), Jigawa State Chapter, protesting against his nomination on the grounds of his alleged close ties with the state governor. The party raised concerns about the potential implications for political impartiality in the administration of elections. I also read a counter-rejoinder by Dutse Emirate United Front, signed by Hon. Suleiman Abdullahi Harɓo, challenging the NDC's claims and describing them as baseless criticism. Personally, I did not attach much importance to either the rejoinder or the counter-rejoinder. Instead, I chose to examine the nominee's credentials and his suitability for the challenging responsibility ahead. There is little doubt that political considerations play a role in such nominations. However, the opposition's response is equally political, which is not unusual, as opposition parties are expected to express their views and scrutinise appointments of this nature. Despite his royal lineage, traditional responsibilities, and title as Ɗan Isan Dutse, Alhaji Zaharaddin remains humble, unassuming, and easygoing in his dealings with people. This should not come as a surprise, considering that he devoted much of his childhood and youthful years to the pursuit of knowledge and scholarship. In those days, it was difficult to find a man of 46 with the number and diversity of academic qualifications that Ɗan Isa possesses. He has a Doctors and six Master degrees in different fields. Therefore, if academic qualifications are a measure of a nominee's credibility, Alhaji Zaharaddin has certainly made an impressive case for himself. Born in 1980, he completed his primary and secondary education at Science Lautai, Gumel, in 1997. By 2006, he had obtained a Higher National Diploma in Accounting and Auditing from Kano State Polytechnic. In 2011, he earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Management from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi. That was only the beginning of what appears to be an endless quest for knowledge. He proceeded to obtain a Master in Development Studies from Federal University Dutse in 2017. In 2018, he earned a Master of International Affairs and Diplomacy from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. In 2019, he obtained another Master in Disaster Risk Management and Development Studies from the same university. His academic pursuit continued with a Master in Information Management in 2021 and another Master in Climate Change, Economic Policy and Innovation in 2024, both from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. In addition to his academic achievements, he has received various awards and certificates of honour, including a Certificate of Excellence from the Nigerian Society of Engineers, Dutse Branch. @officialABAT @PBATMediaCentre @RenewedHopeUK @oMoTonsore @aonanuga1956 @Abdulfagge @STinubu @SenRemiTinubu @dayoisrael @NGRPresident @OfficialAPCNg @uanamadi @dikko_radda @officialSKSM @KwankwasoRM @uanamadi @JigawaGovernor

ATIKU, 15 TOUGH QUESTIONS YOU MUST ANSWER BEFORE ASKING NIGERIANS TO GIVE YOU POWER IN 2027! Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, you have delivered a speech filled with criticism of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration. But the question is this: Is criticizing the government enough to solve Nigeria’s problems, or should you present a comprehensive explanation of how you intend to address them? You criticize the removal of the petrol subsidy, rising prices and the high cost of living. So, let us ask you some serious questions to help Nigerians understand the difference between criticizing a government and presenting a workable alternative. 1. Atiku, if you claim Tinubu’s proposed approach is inadequate, where is your comprehensive plan to ensure that petrol prices come down without pushing the country into another economic crisis? 2. You are advocating support for petroleum products refined in Nigeria. How will you ensure that such support reaches ordinary Nigerians rather than becoming another avenue for corruption and the waste of public funds? 3. You claim the government copied your economic proposal. What specific evidence proves that the government’s decision originated from your proposal, rather than simply reflecting a similarity in policy ideas? 4. If your proposed subsidy system is the solution, why should Nigerians trust that it will be implemented transparently and accountably? What safeguards will you establish to ensure that ordinary citizens, rather than just wealthy individuals, benefit from it? 5. You have spoken about the suffering of Nigerians. What specific measures will you introduce to reduce food prices, transportation costs, electricity bills and rent? Where is your implementation timeline? 6. You criticize the government over petrol prices. Can you explain how you would stabilize fuel prices, manage government revenue and fund national development without creating additional economic pressure elsewhere? 7. You accuse Tinubu of mismanaging the economy. What lessons did you learn during your tenure as Vice President from 1999 to 2007 that would help you avoid the problems you are criticizing today? 8. You are asking Nigerians to give you a chance in 2027. What concrete changes should Nigerians expect within your first 100 days in office? Present measurable targets, not just campaign promises. 9. You criticize the government over insecurity. What new strategy would you implement to protect farmers, highways and vulnerable communities? How would you ensure that your security plan produces real results rather than remaining a promise? 10. You talk about reliable electricity and business growth. How would you reduce energy costs for small businesses, manufacturers and entrepreneurs? Where would the funding for these initiatives come from? 11. You promise affordable food. What measures would you take to reduce fertilizer costs, improve transportation infrastructure and ensure that food reaches markets at affordable prices? 12. You criticize the government over national debt and economic management. What strategy would you adopt to manage Nigeria’s debt, increase government revenue and protect ordinary citizens from additional tax burdens? 13. You have spoken about electoral transparency. What specific reforms do you propose to strengthen public confidence in election results, and how would you ensure that all parties comply with the law? 14. You are calling on Tinubu to step down. Is that the lasting solution to Nigeria’s problems, or should the national debate focus more on policy proposals, evidence and practical economic reforms? 15. Here is the most important question: If you win the 2027 election, what measurable promise will you make to ordinary Nigerians that can be evaluated after one year? And what will you do if you fail to deliver it? OUR MESSAGE TO ATIKU @officialABAT @PBATMediaCentre @RenewedHopeUK @oMoTonsore @aonanuga1956 @Abdulfagge @STinubu @SenRemiTinubu @dayoisrael @CityBoyMedia

What is Hon Babs Sankara's engagement rate on X?
Hon Babs Sankara (@honbabssankara) has an engagement rate of 0.004%, based on the median interactions across 38 original posts from the last 30 days against 46,643 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
Is that a good engagement rate?
At 0.004%, Hon Babs Sankara sits above the 10th percentile of the 205,582 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
Does @honbabssankara have real engagement?
Its engagement rate beats 6% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (20,445 accounts), which puts it in the bottom 10% for its size group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
When does @honbabssankara post?
Most posts go out around 17:00 UTC, and Wednesday is its busiest day, at roughly 2.23 posts per day across the measured window.
