#فاصلة_ومنقوطة احنا مش في #قاع_الهامور احنا وصلنا الي #قاع_العبث 319 مليون جنيه.. 619 ولي أمر.. 839 عقد تمويلي! لا أريد أن أبدأ من المدرسة، وهل خانت الأمانة ؟ وهل هي أمينة علي تربية الأطفال أم لا ؟! لأنها أمور محسومة . ولكن أريد طرح سؤال أخطر كيف يُنشأ عقد تمويل باسم مواطن، وتُسجل عليه مديونية، ويُصرف التمويل، من دون أن يكون المواطن نفسه قد طلب القرض أو وقع عليه أو يعلم أصلا أنه أصبح "عميلا "؟! هذه ليست ورقة ناقصة ولا خطأ في إدخال البيانات. هذه ثغرة خطيرة في صميم منظومة منح الائتمان. والأخطر أن هيئة الرقابة المالية نفسها تقر بأن مسؤولية التحقق من هوية العميل تقع على شركة التمويل، لا على المدرسة. وبالتالي بيان شركة "الربوة" بأن شركة التمويل لا ذنب لها أمر مرفوض تماما. الواقعة تعيدني الي حديث للسيد #هشام_عز_العرب قبل أشهر حذر فيه من مخاطر ممارسات بعض شركات التمويل غير المصرفي، وحذر من منح قروض دون قواعد ائتمانية سليمة، فقامت الدنيا ولم تقعد، وكأن الرجل ارتكب جريمة لأنه حذر من خطر محتمل على النظام المالي. لتأتي هذه الواقعة وتؤكد صدق وأهمية هذا التحذير وأن الرجل لم يكن مبالغا فيما أبداه من مخاوف حينها. المشكلة ليست في #التمويل_الاستهلاكي نفسه، وإنما في الانفلات حين يتحول التوسع في الإقراض إلى سباق بلا ضوابط كافية، وحين تصبح هوية المواطن وتوقيعه مجرد تفاصيل يمكن تجاوزها. وإذا كان 319 مليون جنيه قد مروا بأسماء مواطنين دون علمهم، فالسؤال لم يعد "من أخطأ؟" السؤال الحقيقي هل كانت هذه حالة استثنائية اكتشفناها بالصدفة، أم أن هناك خللا أوسع في منظومة الرقابة على شركات التمويل الاستهلاكي؟ لأن المواطن لا يجب أن يستيقظ يوما ليكتشف أنه مدين بمئات الآلاف.. فقط لأن أحدا استخدم بياناته. هذا ليس تمويلا.. هذه فوضى مالية بكل ما تعنيه الكلمة . لذا لا يجب فقط محاسبة المسؤول عن ما حدث ولكن علي الدولة ضرورة وضع قواعد حاكمه وحاسمة لشركات التمويل غير المصرفي حتي لا نستيقظ علي كارثة مالية أكبر تهدد المجتمع بأكمله.

🇨🇳🇷🇺 China and Russia are trying to turn the Arctic into their new shortcut to Europe. A Chinese container ship left China’s east coast on August 15 and is now taking Russia’s Northern Sea Route to Europe. The trip should take around 20 days. That route is a pretty big deal for China. It skips Malacca, Bab el-Mandeb, the Red Sea and Suez, basically a bunch of places where Chinese trade can get squeezed or disrupted. It’s still early, with only around eight trips planned this season, but China and Russia are already working on making the route usable year-round. Russia is moving oil through there too. Around 6 million barrels have already headed toward Asia through the Arctic this season, mostly to China. And all of this runs past the Bering Strait, with Russia on one side and Alaska on the other. So yeah, the U.S. is watching. China and Russia are getting more comfortable up there, and Washington clearly doesn’t want to wake up one day and find them running the Arctic. النهارده كان في عميلة دفع من حساب شركتي لحساب فندق وكلموني ان العملية مسمعتش في حسابهم ( كان فترة عيد متحولة من فترة ) و العميل واقف لحد ما ابعتلهم ايصال بيأكد عملة الدفع كلمت مدير بنك @CIB_EG_OFFICIAL فرع الهرم الأستاذ احمد الشاهد قولتله انقذني العملية دي سمعت في حساب الفندق ولا لا الراجل ساب اللي في ايده وهو مدير فرع يعني وفي ثواني معدودة كان باعتلي تاريخ تنفيذ العملية وتحويل الفلوس وبعتلها للفندق والعميل دخل والمشكلة اتحلت انا بكتب التويتة دى عشان اشكره حقيقي الناس دي مبيهزروش فعليا بيقدمولي الخدمة اللي انا بتمناها شكرا cib @hishamezzalarab
