El ajuste de las tarifas bancarias dice bastante sobre la estrategia del Gobierno: por ahora, sigue apostando por una banca transaccional más que por una banca de intermediación. Con un encaje todavía elevado, la capacidad de prestar sigue muy limitada. Las mayores comisiones dan algo de oxígeno a los bancos sin necesidad de liberar liquidez mediante una reducción agresiva del encaje.
