Elbette ifade özgürlüğü sınırsız değildir ve hiç kimsenin hakaret etme imtiyazı yoktur. Ancak hukuk, siyasi eleştiri ile hakaret arasındaki ayrımı son derece dikkatli yapmak zorundadır. Sayın Prof. Dr. İzzet Özgenç (@izzetoezgenc) hakkında açılan davayı hukuk devleti, ifade hürriyeti ve akademik özgürlükler bakımından endişeyle karşılıyorum.
