Nadei da ilha do Montão de Trigo até a praia da Barra do Sahy no Litoral Norte de SP. Foram 13,2 km em 4 horas e 45 minutos. Tinham muitas águas vivas no trecho inicial e fui queimado 3 vezes, sem gravidade. Desde pequeno, vou para Juquehy e vejo aquela ilha com cara de vulcão lá longe... E ainda passei pelas Ilhas das Couves pelas Ilhas (o nome é esse). Agora é seguir treinando para a tentar dar a Volta de Manhattan.
