A typical post picks up 86 interactions against 182K followers, an engagement rate of 0.047%. Measured over 13 original posts, its engagement rate beats 46% of 20,444 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Posts are seen about 5.8K times each, and 1.47% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 3.20% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 0.47 posts a day over the last 30 days, though only 37% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 08:00 UTC, and Saturday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 13 posts sampled, 100% carry an image or video and 23% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 20K interactions, about 229x its own typical post.

Compared with accounts its own size

Frank Bruno MBE πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§'s engagement rate beats 46% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (20,444 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 9 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.

On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 54% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.

Where this sits in the catalog

At 0.047%, Frank Bruno MBE πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ sits above the 25th percentile of the 204,956 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the below the median band, which runs 0.024% to 0.143%.

Engagement rate as a share of followers, across the 204,956 accounts we have scanned enough to measure. The axis is logarithmic, because the top and bottom of this population are about 22,894 times apart and a linear axis would flatten everything below the median into a single point.

This account posts most often around 08:00 UTC, and Saturday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

Formats this account uses

Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.

  • 23% of its posts carry a link off X. Across the catalog, posts with an outbound link run 41% below the same accounts' other posts.
  • Its average post runs 365 characters, which falls in the over 280 characters band. Across the catalog, posts over 280 characters run 15% above the same accounts' other posts.

These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

Rip Kevin Keegan just been told the very sad news my office was talking to him a couple of weeks ago. Legendry footballer, and one of the best afterdinner speakers on the circuit. He used to make sure everyone who wanted his autograph got it. I remember one event he was at a venue after everyone had left still doing selfies and autographs for the cleaners. A loverly man I am in shock sad sad news

Morning so Croatian boxer Filip Hrgović becomes champion. When it got to the end of round 7 I said "Moses is running out of Gas" you know when I fought James Bone Crusher Smith I had beaten everyone before him in early rounds I was up for the World Championship but I still had lessons to learn & I lost the fight. Moses I feel will be part of Britains Heavyweight heritage, but this was a learning lesson for him & his team. It was a good fight & I wish Moses a quick recovery at one point Filip looked like he was beaten. Good fight but Moses will return I am sure Stronger and wiser

Afternoon It’s suicide prevention day we need to create as much awareness about this as possible. Too many people commit suicide. It is not the answer! The Frank Bruno Foundation is one of the many charities attempting to do something about it, by providing mental health and wellbeing support to both adults and children in the community. I have been at the #ideasfest Tring for the last couple of days. My charity foundation is exhibiting there we’re looking for businesses to get involved and be part of our community. While at Tring bumped into Jill Scott MBE

Reading these numbers

What is Frank Bruno MBE πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§'s engagement rate on X?
Frank Bruno MBE πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ (@frankbrunoboxer) has an engagement rate of 0.047%, based on the median interactions across 13 original posts from the last 30 days against 182,374 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
Is that a good engagement rate?
At 0.047%, Frank Bruno MBE πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ sits above the 25th percentile of the 204,956 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
Does @frankbrunoboxer have real engagement?
Its engagement rate beats 46% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (20,444 accounts), which puts it in the middle of its size range group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
When does @frankbrunoboxer post?
Most posts go out around 08:00 UTC, and Saturday is its busiest day, at roughly 0.47 posts per day across the measured window.
