Gittiğiniz ülkelerde yalnızca birer öğrenci değil; bilgi birikimi, kültürü, tarihi ve medeniyet iddiasıyla Türkiye’yi temsil eden gençler olduğunuzu hatırlattık. Edinecekleri her yeni bilgi ve tecrübeyi ülkemizin geleceğine taşımanın, bu büyük imkânı kalıcı bir toplumsal faydaya dönüştürmenin temel sorumluluk olduğunu ifade ettik.
