Early reading. We have captured 6 original posts for this account, below the 8 we require before treating a median as settled. The numbers above describe what we have seen so far, not a finished profile of the account.

A typical post picks up 384 interactions against 361K followers, an engagement rate of 0.107%. Posts are seen about 58K times each, and 0.658% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 16.2% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 0.33 posts a day over the last 30 days, though only 27% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 06:00 UTC, and Sunday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 6 posts sampled, 17% carry an image or video. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 5.7K interactions, about 15x its own typical post. Only 6 original posts have been captured so far, fewer than the 8 posts we want behind a median before treating it as settled. Read the figures above as an early measurement of this account, not as a finished profile of it.

Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.

Calm down, Mr. prime minister @ediramaal. It was YOU, sir, who started this. So...you should 'face the music'! It would be wiser to show some respect for the intelligence and judgment of your own people, as a nation of rich culture and proud history. They are perceptive enough to distinguish truth from falsehood. If you choose to sell your national sovereignty, that is your decision. You do not owe us an explanation. But when confronted by the outrage and criticism of your own public, please do not use others as a convenient scapegoat to evade accountability. Instead of writing a lengthy pamphlet filled with hackneyed baseless accusations against Iran, take a moment to listen to your own people who are chanting in the streets: "Jo korrupsionit!" "Duam drejtësi!" "Rama ik!"

My dear friend Volodymyr Zelensky stood in Belgrade and said Ukraine has not changed its position and will not recognize Kosova. Within the hour, the loudest folk nationalists in Tirana and Pristina were already reaching for the geopolitical calculator: perhaps we should punish Ukraine, stop cheering for the free and mourning for the bombed. The most reckless among them threw stones at us for not giving up on Ukraine. Some even cheered for Russia! What a shame to lose sight of the simple truth that freedom does not work on cashback. Standing against a war of aggression and for a just peace is not a receipt you tear up when the victim of a barbaric aggression disappoints you. It is not a favour traded for a favour, but it is who you are and what you stand for in this messy world. And fortunately Albania is not a small man calculating who owes whom, but the Europe of the Balkans that shows the way through its faith in freedom, democracy and peace, and through the strength of its example. Ukraine can be, and yes, it is wrong about Kosovo, but its right to be free remains unquestionable, and fighting for that right means fighting for Europe and for ourselves too. These truths can live perfectly well in the same sentence. Albania is grown enough to carry both and will carry both. So yes: FREE UKRAINE. Today, tomorrow and always 🇦🇱🇽🇰🇺🇦

Oh, really? So now you suddenly care about the Albanian people? The same Albanian people whose institutions, public services and digital infrastructure were the target of a cyberterror campaign that aimed to cripple an entire country, and which international investigations have traced back to actors linked to and supported by your regime. We know those fingerprints all too well. We know the methods. We know the threats. And we know that what has driven your hostility toward Albania has never been Zionism, nor any other convenient slogan of your despicable propaganda. It is your hostility toward freedom itself. You cannot forgive Albania for doing what Albanians do: opening their doors to people fleeing persecution. You cannot forgive Albania for giving shelter to Iranian men and women whom you sought to silence through intimidation, imprisonment and death simply because they dare to think differently, speak differently or dream differently. But we are Albanians. We do not abandon people who knock on our door seeking protection from oppression. We did not do so when Jews fleeing Nazi persecution needed refuge. We became the only country in Europe with more Jews after World War II than before it. And we will not let down the Iranians who seek safety from intimidation, persecution or assassination. Nor will we yield to your desperate and relentless cyberattacks. After your major assault, we built a resilient, state-of-the-art cyber shield that has made Albania far stronger and far better prepared to confront your desperate cyberattacks that continue with no success. You are free to use the privileges of open societies to spread your false narratives, your shameless accusations and your brutal threats. But as we Albanians learned from fifty years of darkness under our atheocratic dictatorship, propaganda can conceal the truth, distort the truth and postpone the truth, but it can never bury the truth not even under the weight of a medieval theocracy like yours. Your regime can hack networks, imprison critics, censor voices, threaten opponents, bully neighbours and manufacture endless excuses for its failures. But it cannot escape reality forever. Regimes built on fear, censorship, repression and the crushing of dissent may endure for a time, but history is merciless toward those who wage war against their own people's freedom and prosperity. The Iranian people deserve freedom. They deserve dignity. They deserve the right to speak without fear. And Albania will never apologize, never retreat and never be intimidated for standing on the side of those values. So keep manipulating and deceiving whoever in the colourful West is willing to fall for your falsehoods. But you will never make Albanians enemies of peoples - whether Jews, Arabs or Americans. Because what they share, and what you fear, is the very things you have denied your own nation for far too long: Great hopes, big dreams and the determination to live free, to seek peace and to relentlessly build prosperity🇦🇱🤝🇮🇱🤝🇦🇪🤝🇶🇦🤝🇸🇦🤝🇺🇸

To @CNN International and to all the endless media outlets, big and small, together with all the well-meaning content producers of Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok and every other platform that now shapes the global conversation, I would very much wish to pass the following post: As we speak, today’s protest has drawn roughly 2,000 participants. It is the lowest turnout so far, but even at its peak, participation never exceeded 8,000 people. So how is it that what much of the world has seen over the past days appears so enormous, so dramatic, so overwhelming? At some point, when the engineered digital hysteria of these days has passed and emotions have cooled, the democratic world should take a closer look at how the gap between reality and its representation became so vast. Not merely as a matter of this particular case, but as a symptom of something much larger. How could a tiny country become global news for reasons so disconnected from the reality on the ground? How could a local protest involving a few thousand people be transformed into an international spectacle? How could assumptions become facts, narratives become verdicts, and speculation become accepted truth before the basic facts were even established? And perhaps most importantly, what does it say about our information ecosystem when perception can travel around the world faster than reality itself? Because the reality is that there is no project yet. There is no building permit yet. There is no construction yet. There is not even a final design yet. There is only a vision and a plan: to transform Albania into the most attractive high-end tourism destination in this part of the world, while creating a net positive environmental development that, according to the current vision, would ultimately result in approximately 25% more trees and green space than exists today, alongside measurable improvements across multiple biodiversity indicators. The ambition is not merely to build. The ambition is to demonstrate that development and environmental enhancement can go hand in hand. That is precisely why some of the world’s leading experts in ecology, biodiversity, landscape architecture, environmental engineering and sustainable tourism are working on these concepts and parameters. Whether they succeed or fail is a matter for future assessment, science, public scrutiny and transparent debate. But presenting as an environmental catastrophe something that does not yet exist, has not yet been designed, has not yet been permitted, and whose stated objective is in fact to produce positive environmental outcomes, is not a serious contribution to public discussion. And yet, from this simple reality emerged a hurricane of digital hysteria, apocalyptic headlines, manufactured outrage and sweeping conclusions presented as established facts. Along the way came deepfakes, manipulated images, fabricated claims, coordinated amplification, anonymous networks and online behaviour that bears many of the characteristics of the hybrid information warfare that increasingly shapes public debate across democratic societies. Even more remarkably, social media platforms recorded an explosion in activity around this topic, with Albanian-language engagement increasing several-fold within just a few days. A significant part of this sudden surge appears to have been driven not by an organic expansion of public participation, but by the rapid proliferation of newly created profiles, anonymous accounts and pages with little or no identifiable history, raising legitimate questions about artificial amplification and the manufacturing of digital momentum.

Very interesting summertime exchange between our foreign ministers. Although I was expecting an answer about the #Ibër, we somehow travelled from hydrology to international law, made the obligatory stop at “Greater Albania”, passed through “Kosovo and Metohija”, and eventually arrived at the familiar museum of Serbian historical anxieties. There is a peculiar piece of political folklore in Belgrade that appears immune to time: whenever Albania speaks about #Kosova, “Greater Albania” must immediately be summoned, as if repetition might one day turn an old ghost into a relevant argument. It won’t. Albania has no claim whatsoever on Serbian territory and no need to invent one. Nor do we need a “Greater Albania” to stand with Kosova. Kosova is a state of its own. The Albanians of Kosova are precisely that: Albanians of Kosova. They have their Republic, their institutions and their right to determine their own future. We will always stand with that right. Serbia lost Kosova. Repeating that it did not may perhaps turn defeat into victory in the geography of political imagination, but unfortunately maps are less accommodating. The territory of the Republic of #Kosova is not Serbian territory, and the natural resources situated within it are not resources of the Republic of Serbia. Our Serbian friends know this perfectly well, including whenever we sit together around European tables. So back to the river. The original issue remains exactly where Albania left it: the #Ibër is a transboundary water system. Serbia is entirely free to manage resources within its jurisdiction. What it cannot reasonably argue is that possible consequences for another country magically stop at the Serbian border. That, after all, is why international water law exists. Rivers have the inconvenient habit of following geography rather than diplomatic talking points. The situation of the Serbian community in Kosova has also been invoked. Their rights matter. Their security matters. Their property, language, cultural and religious heritage must be protected. Albania has never had any difficulty saying so, because that is simply what a democratic state owes its citizens. And here we reach perhaps the most entertaining acrobatic manoeuvre in this exchange: warning Albania against ethnic expansionism while referring, in the very same statement, to the territory of another sovereign state as if it were still Serbian. That is quite a circle to square. Perhaps it works inside a political bubble in Serbia. Outside it, geometry becomes less forgiving. And yes, I could not agree more that the future of our region must be one where borders progressively lose their power to divide us. Absolutely. But there is a small prerequisite before borders can become less important: accepting the ones that are already there. The genius of the European project was precisely to separate national belonging from territorial appetite. The Albanians of Kosova are Albanians of Kosova. Albania will stand with them and with their Republic because we share history, language, families and a future, but above all because a free, democratic and secure Kosova is a legitimate European state and an indispensable part of the stability of our region. There is nothing clandestine about this position. There never has been. No secret maps. No hidden borders. No “Greater” anything required. Albania’s position will therefore remain exactly the same in public and in private: we respect Serbia, we want good neighbourly relations with Serbia, and we want the entire region inside Europe - Serbia very much included. But good neighbourliness cannot mean asking every neighbour of Serbia to move permanently into Serbia’s version of history. The Balkans have already paid far too much, in blood and in lost time, for that particular accommodation. And meanwhile the #Ibër, blissfully unaware of all our historical cartography, will continue flowing according to geography rather than folklore. 🇦🇱🇽🇰🇷🇸🇪🇺

A drone carrying explosives into Leipzig/Halle Airport is not a grey zone. It is a Russian act of aggression against Germany and against the security of Europe, as the German Government itself now makes clear. Full solidarity with my friend @_FriedrichMerz, the German Government and the German people. The Chancellor is right to respond with clarity and strength. Hybrid warfare cannot be rewarded with hesitation. Albania stands firmly with Germany, Ukraine and all our NATO allies. We are stronger when we act as one🇦🇱🤝🇩🇪

Reading these numbers
