Dr Prashant Mishra engagement report
@drprashantmish6 - 229K followers on X
Measured over 24 original posts from a 30-day window, last computed on September 30, 2026.
Engagement
A typical post picks up 179 interactions against 229K followers, an engagement rate of 0.078%. Measured over 24 original posts, its engagement rate beats 55% of 20,444 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Posts are seen about 28K times each, and 0.638% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 12.2% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 1.6 posts a day over the last 30 days, with activity on roughly 73% of days. Most posts go out around 14:00 UTC, and Wednesday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 24 posts sampled, 42% carry an image or video and 29% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 16K interactions, about 90x its own typical post. Recurring topics include #carehelth, #scam.

Compared with accounts its own size
Dr Prashant Mishra's engagement rate beats 55% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (20,444 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 9 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.
On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 31% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.
Where this sits in the catalog
At 0.078%, Dr Prashant Mishra sits above the 25th percentile of the 205,152 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the below the median band, which runs 0.024% to 0.143%.

Formats this account uses
Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.
| Format | This account | Catalog effect | 95% interval | Accounts behind it |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Image or video | 42% of posts | +111% | +108% to +115% | 34K |
| Outbound link | 29% of posts | -41% | -42% to -40% | 32K |
| Typical length | - | +15% | +14% to +16% | 32K |
- 42% of this account's sampled posts carry an image or video. Across the catalog, posts with an image or video run 111% above the same accounts' other posts.
- 29% of its posts carry a link off X. Across the catalog, posts with an outbound link run 41% below the same accounts' other posts.
- Its average post runs 460 characters, which falls in the over 280 characters band. Across the catalog, posts over 280 characters run 15% above the same accounts' other posts.
These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

And the last time my ulcers threatened to burst i had to be hospitalized & guess what @icicilombard refused to cover my hospitization cost - bec i hadnt declared my ulcers at the time of taking the policy. But i didnt have ulcers at the time of taking the policy and now they are asking for doctors certificates to confirm i didnt have ulcers at the time of taking the policy. Next they will insist on the car number that kills u in advance so ur family can make a claim. Shame on this @ICICILombard . Am so disgusted. I no longer care abt the refund - i will expose the fraud in their operations

A Special Investigation Team (SIT) of Bengaluru Police, along with the Drugs Control Department, uncovers a large-scale counterfeit medicine racket in Bengaluru, with investigators alleging that fake cancer drugs and ICU injections were supplied to hospitals and clinics at discounts of around 50 per cent across the city. Veeresh Jain, the primary suspect who has been operating the firm for around five years now, has been arrested, while some of his aides are on the run. Now, these are the real traitors to the nation.

A patient came to me needing bypass surgery. Since he worked as a driver and the procedure at our hospital costs around 4.25 lakh rs , I advised him to go to a civic (BMC) hospital where the surgery could be performed free of cost through a government scheme. That evening, his son called me and said, "Doctor, we would prefer to get the surgery done here at Thunga Hospital only . Please help us reduce the cost as much as possible." I assured him I would do whatever I could to help. The next day, the patient's boss transferred the required funds directly via RTGS. After a successful surgery, I called his boss to update him: "Thank you for your support—Mr. Shukla’s surgery was successful." He replied, "Thank you, Doctor, for taking such good care of my colleague." Surprised, I asked, "Colleague? But he mentioned he works as your driver." He answered, "Doctor, we work together." "I understand, but isn't he your driver?" I asked again. He explained gently, "He has been with me for 15 years, and I don't see him as just my driver. I work, and he works. We simply hold different roles in our daily life, but we work together. His job is different from mine, but we are colleagues." I was completely speechless. The lesson learned: Never look down on your domestic help or staff as mere "servants." They are the ones who keep our lives running smoothly, and they deserve equal respect and dignity.

My car insurance renewal was due before the 31st, and I got at least 30 calls from different insurance companies and third-party brokers. Every single one of them knew my exact car model, variant, and that my policy was expiring on the 31st. Our data is everywhere! Now I understand why people say 'data is the new oil'—just sell data and make money. Honestly, regulatory authorities like TRAI and IRDA are totally asleep at the wheel.

It is nearly impossible for small hospitals and nursing homes to survive the growing dominance of Mediclaim companies. Insurers consistently bully small providers with arbitrary claim rejections, low disbursements, and refusals to cover complications, all while rubber-stamping massive bills for corporate chains. Corporate hospitals, insurers, and the IRDAI appear to work hand in glove to systematically dismantle independent small healthcare facilities ( small hospitals and Nursing home ) As small providers are driven out, patients will pay the ultimate price: exorbitant treatment costs and skyrocketing premiums that will soon require EMIs just to keep a basic policy active. Difficult days are ahead for patients .

- What is Dr Prashant Mishra's engagement rate on X?
- Dr Prashant Mishra (@drprashantmish6) has an engagement rate of 0.078%, based on the median interactions across 24 original posts from the last 30 days against 229,279 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
- Is that a good engagement rate?
- At 0.078%, Dr Prashant Mishra sits above the 25th percentile of the 205,152 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
- Does @drprashantmish6 have real engagement?
- Its engagement rate beats 55% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (20,444 accounts), which puts it in the middle of its size range group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
- When does @drprashantmish6 post?
- Most posts go out around 14:00 UTC, and Wednesday is its busiest day, at roughly 1.57 posts per day across the measured window.
