رأيت في العيادة مواقف كثيرة تؤكد أن ما يُقال أحيانا عن المرأة لا يعكس حقيقة ما تقدمه من عطاء وتضحية فقد رأيت مراراً امرأة كبيرة في السن ترعى زوجها المريض بصبر لا ينقطع وأم ما زالت تهتم بابنها المعاق رغم بلوغه الثلاثينات من عمره وابنة تحضر يوميا لخدمة والدتها المسنة دون شكوى أو تذمّر واللافت أن كثيرا من هؤلاء النساء يراجعن العيادة لدي بسبب آلام ومشاكل في الكتف ، ليس لضعف أو عجز، بل بسبب سنوات طويلة من الحمل والرعاية وتحمل المسؤولية لذلك كلمات المديح وحدها لا تكفي بل احترام عميق وتقدير صادق وامتنان حقيقي لما قدمنه من تضحيات وتحمل بعض الأكتاف تتألم لأنها حملت أكثر مما تظن وفوق قدرة أي انسان عادي

قيمتك لا تقل لأنك مع ناس لا يستطيعون أن يقدروك ويعطوك حقك بل وقد ينتقدوك وينتقصوا من شأنك كل آراء الآخرين وقناعاتهم هي بكل تأكيد تخصهم هم ولا تخصّك أنت ولذلك لا تظلم نفسك و تهتم بآراء الآخرين أو تلق لها بالاً أنت إنسان رائع :)
