Dave Morin π¦ engagement report
@davemorin - 619K followers on X
Measured over 6 original posts from a 30-day window, last computed on August 26, 2026.
Engagement
Early reading. We have captured 6 original posts for this account, below the 8 we require before treating a median as settled. The numbers above describe what we have seen so far, not a finished profile of the account.
A typical post picks up 690 interactions against 619K followers, an engagement rate of 0.114%. Posts are seen about 171K times each, and 0.403% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 27.7% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 1.4 post a day over the last 30 days, with activity on roughly 63% of days. Most posts go out around 02:00 UTC, and Monday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 6 posts sampled, 50% carry an image or video. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 11K interactions, about 16x its own typical post. Only 6 original posts have been captured so far, fewer than the 8 posts we want behind a median before treating it as settled. Read the figures above as an early measurement of this account, not as a finished profile of it.

This account posts most often around 02:00 UTC, and Monday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

BREAKING π¨ NVIDIA just commissioned a DGX GB300 AI supercomputer at the Naval Postgraduate School, with Jensen Huang on-site in Monterey to bring it online. The system gives 1,500+ students and 600 faculty at the US military's premier graduate university on-prem access to large-scale AI training and inference, anchored by a dedicated NVIDIA AI Technology Center on campus. This is full-stack penetration of the defense vertical. One deployment pulls through GB300 hardware, Mission Control software, Omniverse-based digital twin frameworks (built with MITRE), and Deep Learning Institute curricula woven across departments. It's also a partner-flywheel showcase: DDN and VAST Data supplied the data infrastructure, while Vertiv ($VRT) delivered racks, power, and cooling. Defense AI budgets are real and growing, and $NVDA keeps positioning itself as the default platform for them. https://t.co/aWlxnoFNJS

Weber just announced they're shutting down the June Oven servers. The number of texts and emails I've gotten from friends and customers in the last 30 minutes is astounding. People really love this product. I love mine and still can't live without it. The good news: food recognition and cook programs run locally, so your oven will keep working. You just won't get updates or be able to use the remote control feature anymore. I'm gutted by this. I spent this week texting with people trying to find a way to keep the servers online, but no luck so far. To everyone who ever worked on the June team: thank you. We built something really special.
