Setfree Nherera Mafukidze ๐ฟ๐ผ engagement report
@cdesetfree - 109K followers on X
Measured over 6 original posts from a 30-day window, last computed on October 11, 2026.
Engagement
Early reading. We have captured 6 original posts for this account, below the 8 we require before treating a median as settled. The numbers above describe what we have seen so far, not a finished profile of the account.
A typical post picks up 108 interactions against 109K followers, an engagement rate of 0.099%. Posts are seen about 13K times each, and 0.829% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 11.9% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 0.63 post a day over the last 30 days, though only 33% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 03:00 UTC, and Tuesday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 6 posts sampled, 100% carry an image or video. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 1.8K interactions, about 17x its own typical post. Recurring topics include #dakamelaawards, #matshitshi, #mzilikaziday. Only 6 original posts have been captured so far, fewer than the 8 posts we want behind a median before treating it as settled. Read the figures above as an early measurement of this account, not as a finished profile of it.

Formats this account uses
Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.
| Format | This account | Catalog effect | 95% interval | Accounts behind it |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Image or video | 100% of posts | +111% | +108% to +115% | 34K |

| Typical length | - | +15% | +14% to +16% | 32K |
- 100% of this account's sampled posts carry an image or video. Across the catalog, posts with an image or video run 111% above the same accounts' other posts.
- 0% of its posts carry a link off X. Across the catalog, posts with an outbound link run 41% below the same accounts' other posts.
- Its average post runs 693 characters, which falls in the over 280 characters band. Across the catalog, posts over 280 characters run 15% above the same accounts' other posts.
These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

Why's it called Ntabazinduna a Zulu name? Didn't this place have an indigenous name before Mzilikazi's 1837 invasion? We replaced Cecil Rhodes' colonial names Rhodesia,Salisbury etc. Why did we keep Zulu colonial names. Mzilikazi was born in KZN. He should be honored in KZN https://t.co/0v9jU7Todp

I saw these two videos circulating on social media. The @CityofHarare2 authorities must address this issue immediately. Although I do not agree with Cabinetโs approval of the proposed Bill empowering municipal police to arrest and prosecute offenders, such unruly behavior by kombi drivers and mahwindi cannot be tolerated. Now I am in agreement that the proposed bill must be passed. They continue to violate traffic laws and city by-laws by creating illegal ranks and unauthorized pick-up and drop-off points. For our cities and towns to develop safe, orderly, and efficient public transport systems, it is high time the Government considered banning kombis and mushikashika vehicles from operating in central business districts. This is a big shame.!!!

Zimbabwean football is beginning to move forward and I believe we must acknowledge the developments taking place. The Zimbabwe Football Association (ZIFA), working together with Sakunda Holdings and other stakeholders, is taking the game several steps forward. The rehabilitation of the National Sports Stadium, the introduction of VAR technology, the modern ticketing system and the provision of better facilities for our national teams are all developments that deserve recognition. The National Sports Stadium has now regained CAF approval to host international football, while the VAR project is moving ahead with FIFA technical support. But @online_zifa cannot do everything alone. There is another critical stakeholder that needs to come on board the Zimbabwe Broadcasting Corporation (ZBC) @ZBCtv If we are genuinely modernising Zimbabwean football, we must also modernise the way Zimbabwean football is broadcast. ZBC needs to invest in modern outside broadcast equipment, multiple high quality cameras, replay technology, reliable transmission systems, commentary facilities and the technical capacity required to produce football broadcasts that meet international standards. This becomes even more important now that ZBC has its Z+ digital platform. Zimbabwean football should no longer be something that can only be followed by those who are physically inside the stadium. A Zimbabwean living in London, Johannesburg, Sydney, New York or anywhere else in the world should be able to open Z+ and watch the Warriors, Mighty Warriors and our domestic football in good picture and sound quality. The introduction of VAR itself also demonstrates how important broadcast quality infrastructure has become. VAR depends on multiple camera angles and reliable video technology. So as we applaud ZIFA and Sakunda Holdings for helping to rebuild the football infrastructure, I would like to see ZBC become an active partner in this football revival. We are rebuilding the stadiums. We are modernising officiating. We are improving ticketing and accountability. Now let us modernise the television experience as well. Zimbabwean football deserves to be watched by Zimbabweans everywhere in the world. @Chakariboy @capsunitedfczw @DynamosFC1963 @HighlanderBosso @hardrockfc @BulawayoChiefs @CHICKENINNFC1 @BaShonaBaShona @nickmangwana @ScottlandFC

President Emmerson Mnangagwa's appointment of Brilliant Dube โ former opposition leader Nelson Chamisaโs director of protocol and chief-of-staff โ to the Senate under Constitutional Amendment Act No. 3 has intensified public debate and accusations about deep infiltration and co-optation of Zimbabwe's opposition ranks. Dube is currently deputy secretary-general of the Tendai Biti-led Constitution Defenders Forum, raising further questions about her agenda. This comes as Chamisa himself is under growing close scrutiny over his now limping political career and reported power deals with Mnangagwa, which he denies. Systematic infiltration by the ruling Zanu PF party and state security apparatus has critically fractured Zimbabweโs opposition, most notably leading to the hijacking and collapse of CCC. State-backed proxies, co-opted figures and intelligence slippers systematically dismantled the opposition internal structures, recalled elected officials, and forced major shakeups. Chamisa quit CCC in 2024, citing infiltration and sabotage from within. This was after the self-imposed CCC secretary-general Sengezo Tshabangu had hijacked the party, forcing Chamisa out of politics for a two-year hiatus. Chamisa bounced back in January this year, but he has not been visible, impactful or made any difference at all. His limping career seems to be now on the brink of consignment to the dustin of history, unless he starts being serious again. Parliament was notified of 10 new senatorial appointments made by Mnangagwa, which included Dube - who is also currently Constitution Defenders Forum deputy secretary-general - alongside high-profile figures like Kudakwashe Tagwirei, Jabulani Sibanda, Mary Mliswa, Goodwill Masimirembwa, Nokuthula Matsikanyere, General (Rtd) Gibson Mashingaidze, Lucy Chitaga Makhosini Hlongwane and Irene Mutumbwa. The appointments came under the newly enacted Constitutional Amendment Act No.3, allowing the president to appoint 10 extra senators based on professional skills, competencies and experience. Dube previously served as a trusted Director of Protocol/Chief of Staff for Chamisa during the 2018 elections before she was removed ahead of the 2023 polls, before recent shifting alignments. The opposition has a long history of infiltration, internal sabotage and divisions, leading to splits. Critics view the transition of a top opposition insider directly into a Zanu PF-bestowed parliamentary seat as validation of long-standing claims that the state systematically penetrates and neutralises opposition structures. Supporters of the administration and beneficiaries of the re-alignment frame view these inclusions as practical steps toward national integration, professional competency utilisation, and a broader political shift within Zimbabwe's evolving constitutional framework. Observers say because Dube occupied high-security, and sensitive operational positions close to the top leadership, her transition to a ruling party-bestowed state office lends credence to claims that the opposition was compromised from within. Public skepticism is compounded by previous disruptions of the CCC, including uncoordinated recalls of legislators and internal fractures that led to Chamisa's resignation from the party. Prominent opposition figures and civic voices have publicly questioned the sudden political realignment, contrasting Dube's past proximity to Chamisa with her acceptance of a post facilitated by Zanu PF. Supporters of the administration frame the senatorial additions as a constitutional prerogative intended to inject diverse professional competencies and expert oversight into the upper house rather than a partisan manoeuvre. Former Pelandaba-Tshabalala CCC MP and deputy spokesperson Gift Ostallos Siziba said "infiltration happens in politics everywhere in the world, particularly in securocratic states, and can sometimes be practically unavoidable, although it should be managed".
