Esta segunda oportunidad en el último quinquenio corre un serio riesgo de perderse. El desafío es una alianza de gobernabilidad, un proyecto económico de corto, mediano y largo plazo, un conjunto de leyes estructurales de transformación del modelo productivo y energético con un nuevo rol para la iniciativa privada, una reforma constitucional que recupere la justicia y las instituciones democráticas, una garantía de inclusión política, participación y movilidad social, una nueva educación y una meta clara de reducción de la pobreza. No parches, no respuestas parciales. Nos jugamos, otra vez, el futuro.
