Blue Origin engagement report
@blueorigin - 797K followers on X
Measured over 6 original posts from a 30-day window, last computed on September 28, 2026.
Engagement
Early reading. We have captured 6 original posts for this account, below the 8 we require before treating a median as settled. The numbers above describe what we have seen so far, not a finished profile of the account.
A typical post picks up 1.2K interactions against 797K followers, an engagement rate of 0.151%. Posts are seen about 83K times each, and 1.45% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 10.4% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 0.57 post a day over the last 30 days, though only 40% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 14:00 UTC, and Friday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 6 posts sampled, 100% carry an image or video and 50% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 6.0K interactions, about 4.9x its own typical post. Only 6 original posts have been captured so far, fewer than the 8 posts we want behind a median before treating it as settled. Read the figures above as an early measurement of this account, not as a finished profile of it.

Posting timing
This account posts most often around 14:00 UTC, and Friday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

Formats this account uses
Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.
| Format | This account | Catalog effect | 95% interval | Accounts behind it |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Image or video | 100% of posts | +111% | +108% to +115% | 34K |
| Outbound link | 50% of posts | -41% | -42% to -40% | 32K |
| Typical length | - | +15% | +14% to +16% | 32K |
- 100% of this account's sampled posts carry an image or video. Across the catalog, posts with an image or video run 111% above the same accounts' other posts.
- 50% of its posts carry a link off X. Across the catalog, posts with an outbound link run 41% below the same accounts' other posts, so a large share of this account's output sits in the weakest bucket we measure.
- Its average post runs 514 characters, which falls in the over 280 characters band. Across the catalog, posts over 280 characters run 15% above the same accounts' other posts.
These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

Continuous sunlight is scarce on the Moon unless you know where to look. 🌑 The lunar poles contain "peaks of eternal light," areas bathed in near-continuous sunlight. Power Tower mounts on Blue Moon MK1's top deck and extends solar arrays to 26 meters total height to capture that energy and deliver sustained power for Moon Base operations. Check out this video of Power Tower during a successful deployment in an analog lunar environment. The infrastructure era of lunar exploration starts now.

We are deeply saddened by the passing of Wally Funk. Wally was a pioneer in every sense of the word. In her 20s, she was the first female civilian flight instructor at a U.S. military base. She became the youngest of the Mercury 13, outperforming nearly every test put in front of her, and ultimately, the only one of the thirteen to have ever reached space. On NS-16, sixty years later, Wally made history as the oldest astronaut at the time and remains the oldest woman to ever fly to space. It was a moment six decades in the making. We were humbled to be part of her journey. Her story will continue to inspire generations of future explorers. Fly Wally, Fly. 🚀

Power changes what’s possible on the lunar surface. Our Power Tower is a 20-meter-tall, vertically deployed solar array system designed to provide more than 10 kilowatts of power for Moon Base operations at the lunar South Pole. Its modular architecture will support future surface networks, extending power beyond the lander to the assets that need it most. Explore the concept in our animation below, then watch a successful real-world deployment: https://t.co/Ff5cuAWguB

Mars just got a little closer. Blue Origin is honored to have been selected by @NASA to help build the first dedicated communications network at the Red Planet. Our Mars Telecommunications Orbiter (MTO), built on the Blue Ring platform, will create new pathways for science while delivering multiple payloads to the orbit of Mars, driving discovery today and preparing for the next chapter of human exploration. Endurance testing continues! We completed a shock test last week, introducing our MK1 lunar lander to the environment generated when it separates from New Glenn. 21 accelerometers were positioned around the vehicle to characterize the shock response. All components exceeded survivability requirements during the test. Next up: Full vehicle separation testing.

Building a Moon Base requires orbital infrastructure that can do it all and scale as needs grow. That's where Blue Ring comes in. A single vehicle provides high-speed communications relay, precise Position, Navigation, and Timing, high-resolution orbital imagery, space situational awareness, and payload delivery to multiple cislunar orbits. Launch vehicle agnostic, with 3,000 to 5,000 m/s of Delta-V for repositioning, and radiation tolerance, redundancy, and xenon mission kits for 10+ years of mission ops, Blue Ring is built for flexibility today and long-term reliability. https://t.co/66EDdlPvz7

Across our facilities, the American flag is more than a symbol on the wall; it’s a reminder that what we’re building is part of America’s history and future. We're proud to support American leadership in space, honor 250 years of the American pioneering spirit, and be part of the legacy.

Your live view from the Moon: coming up! Lunar Express's architecture will deliver multiple simultaneous 4K video links — from the lunar surface and orbit all the way to Earth — with the capacity to scale further. For the first time ever, humanity will witness a Moon Base being built live, brick by Moon-brick, in 4K high-definition. Learn more about the Blue Ring spacecraft: https://t.co/66EDdlPvz7

- What is Blue Origin's engagement rate on X?
- Blue Origin (@blueorigin) has an engagement rate of 0.151%, based on the median interactions across 6 original posts from the last 30 days against 796,840 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
- Is that a good engagement rate?
- At 0.151%, Blue Origin sits above the 50th percentile of the 205,152 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
- Does @blueorigin have real engagement?
- There is not yet enough sample to rank this account against others of its size.
- When does @blueorigin post?
- Most posts go out around 14:00 UTC, and Friday is its busiest day, at roughly 0.57 posts per day across the measured window.
