A typical post picks up 1.2K interactions against 500K followers, an engagement rate of 0.236%. Measured over 16 original posts, its engagement rate beats 84% of 20,444 tracked accounts of a similar size. Comparing inside a size band matters here: engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly just re-measure the follower count. Posts are seen about 15K times each, and 7.76% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 3.04% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 1.6 posts a day over the last 30 days, with activity on roughly 53% of days. Most posts go out around 02:00 UTC, and Wednesday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 16 posts sampled, 69% carry an image or video and 13% are part of a thread. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 31K interactions, about 28x its own typical post. Recurring topics include #25yearsofseva, #sir, #rahulexposedbyec.

Compared with accounts its own size

B L Santhosh's engagement rate beats 84% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (20,444 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 10 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.

On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 96% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.

Where this sits in the catalog

At 0.236%, B L Santhosh sits above the 50th percentile of the 204,956 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the above the median band, which runs 0.143% to 0.678%.

Engagement rate as a share of followers, across the 204,956 accounts we have scanned enough to measure. The axis is logarithmic, because the top and bottom of this population are about 22,894 times apart and a linear axis would flatten everything below the median into a single point.

Formats this account uses

Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.

  • Its average post runs 252 characters, which falls in the 180 - 280 characters band. Across the catalog, posts of 180 to 280 characters match the same accounts' other posts almost exactly.

These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

The successful flight of Vikram-1, India’s first privately developed orbital rocket, is a tribute to years of patience, precision and quiet work by scientists, engineers and technicians. My congratulations to the remarkable young team at Skyroot Aerospace, and to everyone at ISRO and IN-SPACe who supported this mission. India is strongest when public institutions and private enterprise build upon each other’s capabilities in the service of science and society, and when our youth are given the opportunity and trust to turn ambitious ideas into reality.

As usual, the serial misinformation MP is doing what he does best: spreading half-truths and manufactured outrage. Here are the facts. A total of 720 students were allotted RC College as their NEET examination centre. Of these, 142 were absent. Three students missed the examination. One student, travelling from Magadi, could not get a bus on time and reached the centre late, resulting in her missing the exam. Another candidate arrived with an old hall ticket belonging to the examination conducted on 03.05.2026, and therefore was not permitted to write the exam. Only one candidate travelling from the RT Nagar side missed the exam, and the exact reason is still being ascertained. The Bengaluru Traffic Police had issued public notifications and traffic advisories well in advance. The BJP MP, who is overflowing with concern for students missing exams for different reasons, was conveniently silent when his own incompetent government allowed more than 22 lakh students to suffer due to NEET mismanagement, paper leaks and chaos, with over 10 students reportedly dying by suicide. By the BJP MP’s own logic, if a student missing exam today must be blamed on the Congress rally, then Modi and Dharmendra Pradhan must be held directly responsible for the paper leaks, student distress and deaths and must be thrown out of office. Unfortunately for the empty trunk MP, there are no emergency exits here for him to open and escape through after making a baseless allegation.

We view with utmost seriousness the participation of three Vice-Chancellors in an #RSS centenary event addressed by Sarsanghchalak #MohanBhagwat. This is a grave lapse. Their action is unbecoming of Keralam’s educational tradition and the dignity of their office. The people of Keralam hold the post of vice-chancellor in high esteem. By attending a programme led by an RSS leader who preaches extreme communalism, they have undermined that respect. Any act that promotes communalism, whoever commits it, is unacceptable and will not be condoned. All three vice-chancellors who attended the RSS programme must apologise to the people of Keralam. @INCIndia @INCKerala

What is B L Santhosh's engagement rate on X?
B L Santhosh (@blsanthosh) has an engagement rate of 0.236%, based on the median interactions across 16 original posts from the last 30 days against 500,132 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
Is that a good engagement rate?
At 0.236%, B L Santhosh sits above the 50th percentile of the 204,956 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
Does @blsanthosh have real engagement?
Its engagement rate beats 84% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (20,444 accounts), which puts it in the top quarter for its size group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
When does @blsanthosh post?
Most posts go out around 02:00 UTC, and Wednesday is its busiest day, at roughly 1.57 posts per day across the measured window.
