Najważniejsze informacje trafiają bezpośrednio do prezydenta, dziesiątki innych do jego ministrów. Nic tu się nie zmieniło od wielu kadencji. Nie znam przypadku "zażądania w sposób zdecydowany" jakiejkolwiek informacji od służb specjalnych przez prezydenta. Owszem raz prezydent poprosił o pogłębioną informację nt. jednej ze spraw z roku 2024, sprzed jego prezydentury. Oczywiście ją otrzymał. Jeśli czegokolwiek jeszcze żądał, to proszę o przykład. Warto podkreślić, że to właśnie prezydent swoimi wetami uniemożliwia jakąkolwiek kontrolę rynku kryptowalut w Polsce. Sprawowałaby ją Komisja Nadzoru Finansowego odpowiedzialna za bezpieczeństwo finansów obywateli. Agencja Bezpieczeństwa Wewnętrznego jest powołana do zadań związanych z ryzykami dla bezpieczeństwa narodowego i w takim trybie (powiązania rosyjskie) przedstawiła informacje najważniejszym osobom o Zondacrypto. W toku prac nad ustawą o kryptowalutach ABW jednoznacznie i zdecydowanie popierała jej rozwiązania (kryptowaluty są używane nagminnie przez terrorystów, dywersantów, szpiegów i innych przestępców). Nie przekonało to prezydenta ani PiS. Nie można nikomu zabronić lokowania własnych pieniędzy w zagranicznej firmie na niejasnych zasadach. Ale wielką obłudą jest obciążanie Państwa Polskiego skutkami własnego ryzyka lub błędu. Zwłaszcza, że pod nadzorem odpowiednich przepisów i instytucji można w Polsce inwestować legalnie swoje środki na wiele sposobów na rynku bankowym, kapitałowym i ubezpieczeniowym. Szczytem obłudy jest jednak wskazywanie w tym przypadku "dobrobytu obywateli" (rozumiem inwestujących w kryptowaluty), gdy samemu się zawetowało regulację, która miała ich chronić (zresztą wdrażającą dyrektywę UE). Wyłączam w tym przypadku zapewnienie sobie "dobrobytu" przez Ziobrę, który wziął pieniądze od właściciela Zondacrypto i jeszcze ma o to pretensje do rządu (!). Uważam ten kolejny atak prezydenta na służby specjalne za bezpodstawny i krzywdzący dla funkcjonariuszy służb, którzy są apolityczni i bardzo dobrze wywiązują się ze swoich obowiązków. Dla szefa BBN i jego zastępców nie ma przeszkód w pogłębianiu przez służby informacji, briefingach itp. Z samym szefem BBN pozostaję w roboczym kontakcie, przekazując też różne informacje i oceny z prośbą o przekazanie prezydentowi. Proszę ich zapytać jak jest. Apeluję do Prezydenta, aby w tak ciężkich czasach w końcu wyłączyć służby odpowiedzialne za bezpieczeństwo państwa z walki politycznej. Ewentualne uwagi i potrzeby można przekazywać bezpośrednio, a nie przez media. Proszę o wsparcie działań premiera i rządu zwiększających finansowanie służb specjalnych. Właśnie w piątek Rada Ministrów przyjęła budżet z rekordowymi kwotami dla ABW i AW. No i prośba o podpisanie nominacji generalskich dla szefów ABW, AW i SWW. Wnioski podpisane przez premiera leżą od maja. Ci oficerowie absolutnie zasługują na te awanse!
