Early reading. We have captured 3 original posts for this account, below the 8 we require before treating a median as settled. The numbers above describe what we have seen so far, not a finished profile of the account.

A typical post picks up 12K interactions against 151K followers, an engagement rate of 8.07%. Posts are seen about 115K times each, and 10.6% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 76.1% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 1.5 posts a day over the last 30 days, though only 23% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 12:00 UTC, and Tuesday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 3 posts sampled, 100% carry an image or video and 33% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 13K interactions. Only 3 original posts have been captured so far, fewer than the 8 posts we want behind a median before treating it as settled. Read the figures above as an early measurement of this account, not as a finished profile of it.

Posting timing

This account posts most often around 12:00 UTC, and Tuesday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

Formats this account uses

Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.

  • 100% of this account's sampled posts carry an image or video. Across the catalog, posts with an image or video run 111% above the same accounts' other posts.
  • 33% of its posts carry a link off X. Across the catalog, posts with an outbound link run 41% below the same accounts' other posts.
  • Its average post runs 1297 characters, which falls in the over 280 characters band. Across the catalog, posts over 280 characters run 15% above the same accounts' other posts.

These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

A grandmother was locked up for nearly 6 months in North Dakota on crimes she never committed because of a facial recognition error. Prosecutors dropped the charges after bank records showed she was in Tennessee when the crimes occurred. This is so messed up. Very basic police work like checking local bank activity or cell records would've immediately cleared her before an arrest warrant was ever requested. US Marshals arrested Angela Lipps at gunpoint at her home in Tennessee while she was babysitting 4 young children. She was held for nearly 4 months in a Tennessee jail waiting for extradition, and then she was flown 1,200 miles away to North Dakota where she spent another 2 months behind bars... all without anyone double-checking the evidence. Because she was incarcerated for nearly 6 months, Lipps lost her home, her car, and her personal belongings. She was denied basic care, including her medications and dentures while locked up. When prosecutors finally dropped the charges against her, she was released into freezing North Dakota winter weather in summer clothes, with no coat, no ride, and no assistance getting back to Tennessee. Angela Lipps filed a federal lawsuit against the City of Fargo and a Fargo police detective, and she's seeking $10 million in damages for false arrest, malicious prosecution, and violations of her civil rights.

BREAKING STUDY: Nattokinase Breaks Down SPIKE PROTEIN, AMYLOID MICROCLOTS, BLOOD CLOTS, and SHRINKS ARTERIAL PLAQUE We assembled DECADES of evidence to uncover the powerful MULTI-TARGET EFFECTS of nattokinase: - Degrades spike protein - Breaks down harmful amyloid proteins - Dissolves abnormal amyloid microclots - Breaks down fibrin blood clots - Boosts the body’s natural clot-dissolving system - Shrinks arterial plaque - Lowers blood pressure - Reduces blood-clotting factors and platelet clumping Our new paper, “Proteolytic Targets and Clinical Benefits of Oral Nattokinase: Spike Protein and Amyloid Degradation, Fibrinolysis, and Cardiovascular Risk Reduction,” was produced through a collaboration between The Wellness Company and the McCullough Foundation. It represents one of the most comprehensive evaluations of nattokinase to date, uniquely integrating its proteolytic, cardiovascular, pharmacokinetic, amyloid, and spike-protein literature into a single paper. After oral dosing, nattokinase-related activity shows up in human blood and changes clotting and clot-breakdown markers within hours. Three independent labs have now shown that nattokinase-related enzymes can BREAK DOWN SPIKE PROTEIN in vitro—including purified nattokinase itself. At higher doses, human imaging studies reported about a 36% SHRINKAGE in carotid artery plaque—suggesting the effective range may begin around 6,000 FU/day. Randomized human trials also show modest BLOOD-PRESSURE reductions with nattokinase, with pooled decreases of about 3.5 mmHg systolic and 2.3 mmHg diastolic. And in long-term population studies, higher natto intake was associated with a 25% LOWER RISK of cardiovascular death and a 32% LOWER RISK of stroke death. Nattokinase has been well tolerated across human studies, with no notable adverse events reported across six randomized trials. Even 10,800 FU/day for 12 months was used in a large observational cohort without reported excess bleeding. This inexpensive, orally available enzyme holds immense promise for cardiovascular risk reduction in the post-COVID era. It now deserves large-scale clinical testing for cardiovascular risk reduction and other post-vaccination injury applications. We plan to launch some of these studies shortly. @twc_health @McCulloughFund @P_McCulloughMD @DrHarveyRisch @DrKellyVictory @jathorpmfm @drdrew @PeterGillooly

What is Alexandra Uchi's engagement rate on X?
Alexandra Uchi (@alexandrauchi11) has an engagement rate of 8.07%, based on the median interactions across 3 original posts from the last 30 days against 151,250 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
Is that a good engagement rate?
At 8.07%, Alexandra Uchi sits above the 90th percentile of the 205,374 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
Does @alexandrauchi11 have real engagement?
There is not yet enough sample to rank this account against others of its size.
When does @alexandrauchi11 post?
Most posts go out around 12:00 UTC, and Tuesday is its busiest day, at roughly 1.5 posts per day across the measured window.
